Several times Daniel breathed slowly, trying to release the tightness he had somehow felt since he was separated from the little boy he had met earlier.
"Are you all right, sir? I see your face has changed a little? Are you sick?" asked Jack, who of course, was worried about Daniel. After all, he had been with Daniel long enough.
Daniel, who previously looked dreamy, immediately turned his face to look at Jack and tried to answer casually.
"Ah, do you know the gallery in the lobby of this building?" asked Daniel, who felt a little uncomfortable with the little boy who had previously bothered him.
"I don't know, sir, later I will find out more. Is there anything you want to find out more about the gallery, sir?"
Daniel considered Jack's words a little, but after that, he shook his head, telling Jack not to think about his words.
He was just talking nonsense. That's what Daniel finally said.
Jack nodded his head slowly, though in his mind, he couldn't really look for it. He knew very well that if his boss was thinking about one thing, even though for a moment he didn't think he would think about it, only later he could talk about it, and he ended up being told to look for the same information.
"What's our next schedule? Is there any unfinished work?" asked Daniel calmly.
Jack checked his tablet, which he always carried with him, and checked them one by one.
Honestly, the father of Daniel, none other than Carl Alexander, specifically asked Jack to arrange in such a way that Daniel plans to France this time, where Carl asked Jack not to overcrowd Daniel's schedule so that he could feel like on vacation while there.
Carl knows very well that for almost four years, Daniel has never taken the slightest leave or day off from work. He became a workaholic so that he could try to forget Jenni a little, even though, in fact, until this moment, he couldn't forget his lover at all.
At least if he spends his time working, he can forget his deep longing for Jenni.
Until now, of course, Daniel hopes that Jenni will come back to him. He never blamed Jenni one bit if she left him in the past because the most important thing for him was that Jenni came back to him.
Only that!
It's been almost four years that Daniel should be able to open a new leaf with other girls, but according to him, if there is no Jenni, it means he will think the same as if he has not met any girl, shouldn't things like that be difficult for him?
That's what Daniel believed. He only thought in a small scope did not try to open his eyes to see in a wide scope.
"It seems that today Mr. Daniel has no other schedule. You can do whatever you want, Mr. Daniel," said Jack politely to Daniel.
"Is that so?"
Ting
The sound of the elevator stopped in the lobby of the building.
Daniel and Jack immediately stepped out of the elevator.
'I wish I could see that boy again,' Daniel thought to himself.

Edward and Axelle were finally able to catch Jaden, who was previously nosy at the two and chose to run away from the two.
Axelle and Edward's appearance is now not the same as before, where they both look tired. Even the coats that they were originally wearing neatly now look far from neat.
The collar was buttoned open, with Axelle now not wearing his coat anymore, while Edward chose to roll it up.
"Jeez, what happened to you two? Is Jaden throwing a tantrum again?" asked Jenni, who noticed the presence of the two friends approaching her, who previously was providing information to several visitors who had come one by one to her gallery.
Edward chose to remain silent, as well as Axelle, who decided to do the same with Edward.
"Well, it seems my guess is correct, then I just need to confirm it from my son."
"What did you do to them?"
One question was able to make Jaden awkward. Oh, come on, according to Jaden, he didn't do anything wrong, as he remembers he only told Edward and Axelle that he wanted to play. Therefore he ran out of the gallery. After that, he accidentally met Daniel, and he ended up catching his two uncles, who were arguing about something he didn't understand.
Jaden shook his head and gave Jenni. He really held firm that he had done nothing wrong.
"Is that true?" asked Jenni, who couldn't believe Jaden's response.
Jaden nodded his head to Jenni.
"Mommy never asked you to lie, baby," Jenni said again to confirm to Jaden.
Jaden sighed and afterward complained to Jenni about what had happened. He didn't leave any situation to Jenni, and he even said that he had met a handsome uncle before.
"Woah, aren't we much more handsome?" whispered Axelle, who began not to accept it.
Jenni immediately turned her head to Axelle.
"So the story is like that?" Jenni asked Axelle, which of course, was answered with a nod of his head by Axelle and Edward at the same time.
Jaden smiled with satisfaction seeing the two uncles in fact, no one was lying.
"Excuse me, Miss, one of the customers has been there who wants to buy your painting. Can you come with me, Miss?" Ferly asked Jenni.
A smile Jenni gave to Ferly.
"Looks like I have to leave Jaden with you guys again, is that okay?" asked Jenni, who again asked the two friends first.
Axelle and Edward simultaneously gave a gesture of agreement by giving an 'ok' symbol with their fingers.
"Jaden, don't play games that bother uncles, okay?" Jenni said while rubbing Jaden's head first before leaving with Ferly.
"Hum, I promise, Mommy."
.
.
'The paintings here are good too. Why is this painting so soothing to my heart?' Daniel's monologue in mind after finally stepping into the gallery he had previously asked Jack.
'Ah! Isn't that uncle from earlier? Why is he here? I better go to him!'
