*Whoosh!*
After a bit of time, Trunks checked his watch where he had the co-ordinates of the abandoned time machine.
"It should be around here." Trunks said after checking his watch.
"Let's look around." Gohan said to both of them. Trunks nodded at his words.
"Wait! I will find it in a second." Alex raised his hand and stopped both of them. He used his Observation Haki to search and in a second, he found the tattered time machine in the forest.
"Follow me." Alex gestured both of them and told them to follow him. Though, Trunks and Gohan were curious how he could find it, they didn't ask about it. For now they have an important issue to solve.
All of them landed in front of an old machine. The machine was oval shaped just like an egg. The machine had several stands to make it upright and thrusters on the side to make it work. The upper part of the machine which was made up of glass was broken and several iron parts were rusted due to time. Mosses were growing everywhere on it. In a glance, one could say that this machine is abandoned for a long time.
*Kiiiin!*
As they where watching the junk machine, all of them heard a loud sound of some vehicle. Trunks looked up in sky to find the origin of loud sound.
"That must be Bulma! I'll go and flag her down." Gohan quickly found that the plane was Bulma's and flew up to her to help her to land properly in forest.
After a while, a plane landed on the plain grass in the forest. The cockpit opened up and a familiar blue haired girl came out of it. With being childish, a bit of maturity could be seen from her.
'Maybe having a child can really change people.' Alex couldn't help but smile as he saw Bulma who appears quite different from her previous self.
"Hello, Trunks! It's your beautiful mother." Bulma with her usual loud energetic voice called out Trunks.
"Um... Hi..." Somehow Trunks flustered not knowing how to talk with his mother who is younger.
"Hi, Bulma! It's been years." Alex greeted her.
"Oh! Alex-san! It's been a while. But you still haven't changed. Somehow I am a bit jealous."
"Ha! Ha!" Alex laughed at her words.
After all formalities, all of them started to discuss about the old time machine. And Alex told her his theories he told others in plane.
"What Alex-san said might be truth. But let's search and look for clues then we will decide what to do about it. Let's check the machine." Bulma said after hearing all words. Everyone nodded at her words and started to search the machine.
Trunks took out his capsule in which he kept the time machine in which he travelled to past. He threw it and a brand new time machine appeared in front of everyone. The time machine's structure was same as the old one.
"Take a look, That's the time machine I had in capsule form." Trunks said as he showed it.
"Oh! So this isn't yours then...." Bulma started to think other methods of how this could appear here.
"N-No. This is mine. I am sure of it. You only made one time machine in future." Trunks said with certainty.
"How did you recognised it?" Bulma asked him.
Trunks who heard her cleared some moss near the number 1 thruster. And then everyone saw "Hope!!" was written on it.
"Look here. I wrote this the day I left...."
"Then, Alex-san's theory might be true. After all this is your time machine but it's old and been here for years. And you even have your new working one, so it's sure that someone else came on it." Bulma said.
"Let's check inside of it. Maybe we can find more clues." Alex suggested to all of them. All of them nodded at his words.
Except Bulma, all three of them flew to check it up from the top where the glass was damaged. The half spherical glass was badly damaged. A huge hole was on it.
"This hole is weird.... It looks like it was melted at high heat from the inside..." Gohan touched the edges of the hole and said.
"...." Trunks couldn't think what melted the glass.
"Are you saying that someone was in it..." Bulma said to Gohan who felt that someone who travelled must have caused this.
"Let's try in opening it. Excuse me..." Trunks came a bit down and took the handle.
*Click!*
The time machine's cockpit opened. Trunks who normally knew most about the time machine naturally took lead and entered the machine. As he entered, he saw a semi spherical object on the seat. From the inside it was hollow, and on its surface several small cone spikes were there. Thinking of it as half, he searched for another one.
"Another one over there..." He turned and found another one behind the other seat. The other part was exactly same the first one. Trunks came out holding both of them.
"What is that? It's not a coconut.." Gohan who was near him grabbed one of them but he couldn't identify what sort of this thing was.
"What? Did you find something? Let me see!" Bulma standing on ground told Trunks to give the object to her. Both of them handed it to her.
Bulma took it and closely examined it thoroughly. After checking two to three times, she joined both of them to form a sphere.
"Yeah, definitely. This is some sort of egg..."
"An egg? I've never seen such an egg..." Gohan couldn't identify such an egg. But the only thing they found inside the machine was these hollow semi spherical egg covers.
"W-Was it whatever came from that egg... That made this hole..?
