Lily's Pov
I went upstairs and started cleaning everything in the bedrooms, I was really feeling tired before even the day came to midday. After two hours, I was done cleaning, so I decided to go to the gardens and clean their also, I took time cleaning the chairs in the gardens until I was done and went back to the mansion. I saw a lot of delicious food arranged on the dining,my stomach started warning since I had not eaten anything since morning but just admired and went to the kitchen to help others. When I got inside, I found other maids busy with their work, I went straight to Aunty Lucy, "Aunty, is all that food for the young master and young miss" she nodded and didn't answer, I was still wondering how four people would eat that food when a Peter came and called us all to gather. Peter is one of the African handsome, energetic men at the mansion,every girl admires him but doesn't even look at them, I really like his ways, I didn't say I like him but among the men,if am to choose who to marry, I would marry Peter at least and he has an eye he gives me everytime he looks at me and I think I like it.
"Master and Mrs Price said everyone should line up on the gate to welcome young master and miss" Peter said to us, everyone was excited to see how the young master and miss looked like, I wondered if they looked like Mrs Price because she was a beautiful woman. We all went and lined at the gate in gender,men where standing alone and women also. We waited until two cars came at the gate,we all waited patiently putting our heads down like maids we were.
The door was opened and I tried to look up where I saw a young British girl in my age coming out wearing only expensive clothes, I admired, she was really beautiful and looked exactly like the young version of Mrs Price,she walked and when she saw Mr Price, she jumped and gave him a hug,"I missed you so much Dad" she said, It was my first time seeing Mr Price smiling, he pecked her on the check and said "I miss you a lot princess", I really admired these people,they lived expensive lives like the one I dreamed of but will never have.
She went and hugged Mrs Price too who kissed her on the check also, "Mummy, I really missed you a lot" she told Mrs Price who smiled also. "Marion, where is your brother" I heard Mrs Price asking, "He is still inside, you know he never wanted come to this place" she told her. Mrs Price walked to the car and said "Malcolm, don't you miss Mummy at all" after some minutes,he came out and hugged Mrs Price, I didn't get a chance to see his face because our faces were down. "Mum, I missed you like hell" he said,his voice sounded like a beautiful melody to the extent that I wished to look at him but wasn't able. " I missed you too my handsome son" Mrs Price said, "My son, you just look like Dad when you have grown up" I heard Mr Price saying to him that's where I got a chance to see his handsome face. My heart started to hammer in my chest,it was beating and I didn't know why I felt so. He was really so handsome, he was tall, so light skinned like snow,had black hair, I really admired him and wished I was a white there and then. He caught my eyes looking at him,it was forbidden to look in the eyes of our masters,it would lead to heavy punishment so I started to fear thinking he was going to report me to Mr Price but he opened his mouth and said," I missed you too my handsome Dad''.
Then he walked by us and his beautiful smell lingered in my nostrils. "Hello everyone" he said looking at us, "You don't have to great them, they are poor Africans and maids my son" I heard Mr Price saying that and I didn't get surprised because he didn't like Africans so it's no big deal. They started walking towards the mansion and we followed them inside.
