PoV Valis
I had to remove some of the mana allocated to enhancing my body; the reason for this was that his blades were sharp enough to be able to cut my body regardless of its toughness, so since my defense was useless, I decided to abandon that style of combat in order to gain my agility back.
I enhanced both my magical weapons and treated them like swords, swinging them trying to clash them with his own weapons, yet even after expelling most of the mana that was holding back my movements, I was still slower than him.
I managed to block the first frozen blows, but then he managed to cut open my belly. With a vertical downward swing, I was able to take care of his rising sword strike. I then swung the other magical staff, aiming for his head, and he blocked using the other sword he was holding in his left hand.
