PoV Valis
I manifested a large metal bat in my hands and leaped forward. My objective was to move past the large sea creature, but I had made that weapon in case things went wrong. The beast predictably put itself in the way, so I had to strike it on the head as hard as I could to push it out of the way. Then, before the beast could retaliate, the other girl began using their mana to restrain the beast.
My attention was only on the griffon. Tsuitame tried to calm it down and gently nudge him away from the other beasts, but it wasn't working so well, but looking at the bright side of the situation, even when agitated, it didn't dismount its rider.
The beast raised its front legs and tried to use its talons on me. I put one of the three giant bubbles in the way and then used some of that water to splash some water near Flaara's eyes. That didn't go all too well, as it pissed the beast off and made it start using its own aura.
