A couple of days had passed, and the fight hadn't gotten any less intense. On the ground, the soldiers were giving each other turns to stay on the frontlines, while the demons were slowly chipping away at them one after the other. In the skies, we were currently being swarmed by flaying demons. All the flying demons decided to try to get past the human army. We were the only ones in their way.
"Damn it! Damn it all! For how long do we have to wait until Diego is here?" As I chased around a group of demons who were attempting to harm our pet, I shouted in frustration. The swarm of flying soldiers was seemingly endless. I made a flame blade over both of my hands and tried to slice a couple demons flying beside me; they both managed to block my attack, so I increased the intensity of the aura to push them away with an explosion.
