As a desperate measure to protect the lives of the residents, the hero tried using his aura to create bubbles of water around the panicking residents. Those that were unfortunate enough to stand close to the flames ended up having their barriers weakened by the flames and getting killed by the giant wave.
When the wave crashed, I felt something mixed in with the wild aura that managed to extinguish most of the flames.
'So he was planning on extinguishing my flames. How dumb. If you knew how to do it, you should've done so. Trying to intimidate me with that trick only gave me an opportunity to turn your move against you.' I thought as I began to head towards the hero.
