I spent the rest of the day searching for something I simply couldn't find; there was nothing quite like the spider I had brought home, plus none of them was able to produce that oddly sweet and magical water.
I tried taking a photo of it and then using it to search for something online, but ended up with no results. Whatever we were looking at, we were the first ones to do so. With a lack of information, I decided to simply stop overthinking about it. I put my heart at peace, knowing that I did my best, and looked at the leftover talisman I had in my pockets. There were nine of them, so I decided to distribute them to the rest of my companions so that everyone had an equal opportunity to enrich our roster of companions.
So I took a notepad, made a bunch of notes, and attached those notes to the pillows of each comrade along with the taming talisman. Then, before anyone went to bed, I decided to explore our surrounding area.
