"So, what are we going to do with this new pet?" Valis asked. After I got back, the party was immediately put to a halt. A meeting was held, and now everyone was sitting around a round table waiting to judge me.
"I think we should raise it. I mean---" Before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off by Valis.
"Can you at the very least put it down? I'm not good with spiders, so..." As soon as she paused, I made the spider float closer to her. It was at that moment that the spider managed to free itself and jump straight towards Valis.
"Ah, shit!" I shouted as I immediately extended my aura to catch the little rascal who had escaped from my grasp.
