For a couple of minutes, I had to battle incredibly strong cramps, stirring chaos throughout my whole body. My entire body was refusing to listen to my commands, so I had to use my mana to force my body to stay still, freezing all the muscles in place. It was useless to say I had lost, and I was still battling myself to settle down in the aftermath.
"Are you okay? What's wrong, Val? Val?" Tsuitame was extremely confused and worried about my health. He immediately helped me sit down on the floor and began gently stroking my back as he was panicking. I could see a glimpse of him looking around in panic, as he didn't know what to do.
As I began to use more and more mana to toughen up my muscles, I finally managed to completely freeze them in place. I still had weird chills rushing through my body towards my brain—an odd craving to jump around and keep my body moving despite the now frozen muscles.
