I woke up next to an unknown couch in a familiar dressing room; it was, for the most part, empty. It didn't take much for me to realize where I was.
'But why did they leave me here?'
I didn't remember much about how I got there; I just knew that this was my first big role to play.
'My head! It feels like it could explode any minute... Is this a hangover? What happened yesterday.'
Acting may seem like a good career at first, but it's not. You're constantly underpaid, harassed by your coworkers, treated like a slave by the directors, and have to deal with shitty and incompetent script writers, especially as a newcomer.
