Shortly after I launched my attack at the witch, I fell victim to a mana bomb so strong that it pulverized the remains of the royal palace. It all fell apart, so suddenly I barely had any time to think about what just happened.
The lizard-like individuals were most likely dragons, seeing as the outputs of draconic energy weren't bothering them; they were constantly relying on those powers to remain alive. The smaller one could phase through solid objects; he could create powerful shockwaves with each strike of his hands; and he could slowly turn anything that came into contact with his claws into water. The other seemed to have a strong affinity for auras and had the ability to rip apart a magic formula with his bare hands.
