"Keep it," said the doctor. "The liquid," he pointed at the half-dozen ampoules in Ryan's hand. "Inject each of our friends, three milliliters for each one. One bottle contains ten milliliters. If there's any left, just keep it."
"What kind of serum is this?" Ryan frowned. "Sorry, Doc. I didn't mean to doubt you."
"Your immunity needs to be improved. You heard it yourself, didn't you?"
"Yeah, very clear," Ryan nodded. "There are microorganisms that live on this planet and can infect humans."
"That's it! Save it before the officer sees."
Ryan kept it all under his clothes and in his trouser pocket.
Not long after, an officer appeared in the room.
"Everything alright, Doc?" he asked a different officer from the one who had escorted Ryan before. So of course, he was a little suspicious of Ryan's being there.
"Yeah, don't worry," said the doctor. "Previously, he was brought here because he had seizures during lunch."
