While the two girls were bickering, Doctor Kamal could only shake his head. He approached the two with three kinds of medicine in his hand, then gave the medicine to Vivian.
"One grain each, okay!"
"Okay, Doc," Vivian nodded.
"Try to eat something after you get out of here, even if it's a little," said the doctor. "After that, you can take your medicine. If in the next few hours you feel better, then enough, don't continue taking the medicine."
"All right, Doctor," Sammy helped Vivian. "Thank you."

After the two girls were no longer in the infirmary room, Doctor Kamal felt that there would be nothing more for him to do there. After all, it seemed that Vivian was the only one who had a problem, and that too was due to her fault.
