"Then, we shall be taking our leave." Tirus said to his clone, who had now reached rank 3 vapour phase.
This clone would now act as him and manage this place. Although Tirus planned on never returning to this world unless there was an emergency, but wasting all of the resources he had accumulated here would be a massive waste.
"Hm, okay, and thank you for the flesh golems." The clone said with an expressionless face. Not just the flesh golems, but his fleshly body also had its power increased with the help of Tirus using his power of law.
"Nevermind." Tirus replied and the interplanar teleportation formation was activated.
Both of them were enveloped in a blinding white light.
...
Dark World,
In the boundless night sky, two streaks of light shone as they charged towards one of the two smaller Islands.
This continent was named the Aurous Island by Tirus, mostly due to the aurora present in the night sky of the particular Island.
*Boom*
Soon, they both landed in the middle of a dense forest, this caused the sound of a small explosion being emitted.
They had landed with such a high force that a small crater was formed where they were standing.
"Follow me." Tirus said as he flew forward in the opposite direction. Beth soon followed after returning the land to its previous state.
After a few hours, both arrived at the central area of the Island. This was a barren land with countless whithered tree everywhere.
"Wait..." Tirus said as he closed his eyes and tried to use his law of darkness. Within a few minutes, the surroundings rumbled violently and the darkness and earth energy particles moved on their own and created a tower made of some strange bluish marble which were gently reflecting the light of the two moons.
If his comprehension of law was any higher, then he could have done this within seconds.
Through his comprehension and usage of laws, he even had the misconception that he was the world.
"Everything in the world is composed of and affected by laws. With my control and influence using my law of darkness, even if I have less than 0.01% control over of other laws, it is enough to unite the laws to form a fundamental change in everything…"
This was the most basic ability of those who had comprehended even 0.1% of any law and those who had comprehended 100% of a single law and had stepped into the realm of laws, rank 7, were much stronger, having semi-omnipotence.
Tirus felt intoxicated by this.
Rank 1 to 3 Magi might be much more powerful than regular humans. Those at and above rank 4, the Morning Stars, Radiant Moons and Breaking Dawns had all grasped the power to massacre and destroy countries. Those at rank 7 and above at the realm of laws lived and breathed with worlds, like the gods that overlooked all life from high ground.
The radiance of eternity was already beginning to appear before him.
Although this tower didn't look as expensive as ordinary magus towers amd could even be called crudely made by looking at its exterior, it still had all the facilities that a magus tower should have. There was also a top-grade spiritual energy pool for the darkness and fire elements along with defensive and concealment formations which no one could penetrate unless they were at rank 6 or above.
"This is the power of laws?" Beth mumbled in awe.
Although this tower didn't look great from the outside, but she could still sense the quality of the equipment inside it as well as the power to create something with just a thought.
"Now, I'll make some preparations for my future cultivation." Tirus mumbled. Accoring to the A.I. chip, if Tirus were to just stay and meditate in an area with an extremely high concentration of darkness energy particles for 2,000 years, then his comprehension of laws of darkness could reach anywhere upto 37%~42%.
This speed was quite high as all Breaking Dawn Monarchs had a lifespan of at least 100,000 years, and could even ressurrect themselves if they died by using the power of the laws.
One could say that as long as a being who had started comprehending laws could not be killed unless they themselves wanted to die.
However, this period of 2,000 years was too long to Tirus's opinion and he had a faster way in mind and this method could be executed flawlessly if he were to use his dark prophetic heart which, now charged with the power of laws, had its power increased manifold.
...
A few weeks later,
Far away from Tirus's magus tower,
The outskirts of a certain village,
Two 13 year old boys were walking side by side, carrying wooden sticks on their backs.
"Hey Keith, I heard your father got cold again." A young, healthy kid with a chubby face said as he looked at the other one who was walking side by side.
"Mhm, he has caught cold again, this time it even worsned." The other kid, Keith, answered.
"Well, why don't you try taking the medical herbs with you? There are plenty nearby!" The chubby kid, Rey, asked, a little irritated at the 'stupidity' of this friend of his.
"..." Keith didn't say anything and looked at Rey with disapppintment apparant in his eyes.
"Wha-What is it? Why are you looking at me like that?"
*Sigh*
Keith let out a sigh after a moment of thought, and then said, "That old doctor said that one shouldn't take the same herb continuously as it will make the body develop some resistance to it, and so, me and my father can't take the medicinal herbs for at least a month even if we wanted to."
"Oh, I see." The chubby kid didn't understand most of what his friend said but pretended to have understood it.
"Bye." Keith said as he turned towards the direction of his house.
"Okay, bye." Rey silently waved at Keith.
Rey took a final look at his friend before parting ways. Keith, although slightly skinny, was taller and even had a sturdier body than the kids his age. Some said that if he ever to gain some muscle, then he'd easily be able to become of one the strongest in the village in the next 10 years or so.
Keith's father, Gerrad, who was almost always sick, stood out from the ordinary villagers. Eveything about him had a refined aura and his voice pleasant to the ears. According to what the villagers said, Gerrad had come to the village years ago. He had saved the village chief's life from the wild beasts even though he himself was gravely injured. This left a deep impression on the village chief and was rewarded a piece of land and a good enough house to live.
Eventually, Gerrad married a woman from the village and a year later, had a daughter Nessa and after her, Keith was born. However, Gerrad's wife died due to excessive blood loss right after she gave birth to Keith.
*sigh*
Rey let out a sigh and turned around to leave.
