In the evening, a few hours before Prince Albert Winfield's Welcome Party,
"Why is time moving so slowly? I'm eager to meet Sierra Whitmore, and I need to figure out how to start cultivating our blood pact." Aarav gasped.
[Impatient brat!]
"Aren't you becoming more friendly to me, Alizeh? Keep in mind that you are inextricably linked to my soul. So you're here to assist me in becoming powerful enough to release you and return to my world, not to mock me."
[Like I enjoy hanging out with idiots like you!]
"Wait a minute, what did you just say?"
[You must reach the rank of Celestial Mage to fulfill our objectives, but with your speed and carefree nature, reaching the rank of Master Mage appears to be a far-fetched goal.]
'Sometimes she reminds me of my mother, always nagging me for not taking life seriously.' Inwardly, he exclaimed.
*knock* *knock*
Aarav awoke from his trance when he heard a knock on his door. He opened the door to find a young petite girl with black curly hair that reveals a long, endearing face and bloodshot hazel eyes standing at his door.
"You have been ordered by Princess Eleanora Winfield to attend today's party as her servant." With a disgusted expression on her face, a girl said.
"You're aware I have a name," Aarav razzed.
"Incoherence! I don't want to corrupt my tongue by saying the name of a half-demon. Consider yourself fortunate to have been invited to a royal party; otherwise, your true place should be in a horse stable only." She sneered.
"At the very least, you believe I deserve to be in a horse stable; otherwise, the majority of people here genuinely want I should be dead."
"hmph! You deserved every single venomous remark!" She screamed angrily and stormed out of the stable.
'I haven't seen her in the palace before,' he mumbled.
[Based on her uniform, she must be a student at Blemsnorth Academy.]
"Interesting!"

An hour before the party,
'Would anyone believe it, a legal graduate from National Law University who topped his bar exams is waiting for some stubborn brat as her servant,' Aarav said while waiting for Princess Eleanora Winfield at the welcoming party.
After a minute of pouting, he noticed a familiar girl standing across from him, scowling at him.
'Isn't she the one who funnily cursed me this morning? Anyway, she looks like a princess in this white gown?' The white dress covers her shoulders halfway and flows down to a tastefully draped neckline. The dress's loose fit makes it both comfortable to wear and visually appealing. Her arms were only exposed up to her shoulders. It's also a good choice because her skin tone and the color of her dress complement each other perfectly.
"What are you looking at you half-demon?" a girl asked as Aarav continued to stare at her, admiring her beauty in his mind.
Everyone's gaze was turned towards him with hatred and disgust as if he were some hideous being. He was used to everything by this point, so he ignored it and walked in her direction.
"Aren't you keeping premeditated grudges against me, Princess?" he said as he closed the distance between them.
She turned a bright red with rage and social awkwardness, almost ready to erupt in rage, but she was stopped by Aarav before she could say anything. As he spoke into her ear, "You should spend some time getting to know me before passing judgment. Isn't that logical, Princess?"
"I don't have time for a Demon like you, and even talking to you degrades my royal position," she said gingerly.
"Aren't you getting irrational here, my princess, you don't even know who I am?" He contended
"Before you answer back, So casually, you should know my name is Alice Belmont, the youngest daughter of the Belmont Family." She exclaimed proudly.
"What does it matter if you're a Princess of Belmont Manor?" Aarav said with a straight face.
She was shocked by his straightaway reply.
"Does being a princess give you the right to hurt and humiliate others? Does it give you the right to enjoy the pain of others?" With a solemn expression, he continued. "Do you know what it's like to be referred to as a Demon every day, every hour? How does it feel to live in a place where everyone looks down on you and treats you as if your very existence is a curse? "
She paused, all her rage vanished into thin air, she lowered her eyes and mumbled with shivering lips, about to cry out, "I don't mean to hurt you."
"Oh! So you were just playing with me, weren't you, my princess?" He burst out laughing.
When she realized he was making fun of her, she screamed at him, "You-You, How dare you make fun of me, DIRT PIG!"
"Dirty Pig?" Aarav was taken aback by her sudden outburst.
[*Giggle*]
'Are you having a good time, Alizeh?' He murmured

As they kept arguing with each other.
Royal carriages began to approach the venue's entrance. Today's celebration is more than a welcome party; it is a declaration that the race to the throne between the heirs Histon Empire has begun. Most of the Royal Families are attending today's celebration to decide which side they will support in a battle for the throne.
