Jessica's POV
It was a little overwhelming adjusting to a different house. but Stewart had explained that it was for the best. he was worried. in every since he was worried. and I could see that clearly. even though I wasn't the type of person who randomly read between the lines and understood what was going on in a person's mind, I could tell by his disposition that something was worrying him. and I just needed to know that he was ok. but based on what had happened last time nothing was ok. there was a voice. and that voice has spoken directly to me like they had been someone watching me. steward placed three men outside the room to keep god. and I would have wanted to feel more of a prisoner but I don't. I only feel protected. and yet at the same time I have the urge to want to fight for myself. if I had already learnt the art of Defence and even how to use a gun I wouldn't need all this protection.
