To anyone who would have cared enough to know Lily, then they would understand that the person who was here right now was only impersonating her. This wasn't the same girl who was beaten up every day and who had developed a weaker personality. She wasn't the same person who let people bully her around and who was more fond of Silence. She has never once told her uncles and stepdad and done something so hideous. the person standing before alpha Jeremiah and his wife had to be an imposter.
" NEVER!!!'' Alpha Jeremiah spoke with confidence and finality.
''Do I need to demonstrate again the extent of my powers?'' Lily asked as she finally dropped her hands and brought them to rest systematically as her back was drooling towards Alpha Jeremiah in pride. The men who had been screaming and begging for mercy had now been released from the bond of the nightmares that were hard and none of them were talking.
"You do not get to meet demands here.'' alpha Jeremiah spoke.
His eyes danced around the surroundings, he looked at Michael who was only smiling proudly. He knew that they had been played. He should have expected it. His father had always taught him to come prepared, just in case, things didn't go as planned. At this moment, Alpha Jeremiah saw the good side of his father's teachings.
" I'm pretty sure she does, bro.'' Michael said as he strolled forward with pride. '' you are behind this, aren't you.'' Alpha Jeremiah asked.
"Of course I was. did you really think that you would give me such a powerful weapon and I would only train her to take your orders? Sometimes we have to be smart. You were foolish enough to put such a dangerous weapon in our hands. My brothers and I did what we do best, we took advantage of the situation.''
'' I'm glad to say that I can finally identify the traitors among us. We have considered you as members of our own Park even though your origins as werewolves was suspicious. When we get back, I'm going to be putting you in the dungeons before I decide what to do with you.'' Alpha Jeremiah spoke, standing to his feet as he finally met the eyes of Lily.
'' You seem to be confused here, Alpha. You do not have the upper hand in this, you have already been defeated and I can take down any of your remaining men with just the flick of my finger. Do you really think that it is a smart move to make such empty threats?''
''But you see my dear, I would never come somewhere without backup plans.'' immediately after Alpha Jeremiah said this, he took a rash step forward, aiming at Lily.
"Wrong move.'' Lily said as she stepped aside only a few inches, watching as the mighty alpha fell to the floor.
"No. It was not!'' Alpha Jeremiah retorted, and in only seconds, he slapped the Inhibitor bracelet around her ankle, securing it immediately as it conscripted all her abilities in seconds.
Lily tried lighting fire with her fingers, opening a portal, or reading into people's minds but it all went in vain.
''NO!'' she screamed. ''What have you done? What is this?'' she asks, her fingers grabbing the inhibitor trying to pull it off but to no avail.
The attempts that Gerald and his brothers made of trying to run away were only met by the presence of guards who made sure they stayed in place.
With 'lily's powers conscripted, the after-effects that she had caused on the guard's minds were not as severe.
"Put her in the cage, she will be riding home with me.'' Alpha Jeremiah commanded.
He moved forward, engulfing his wife into a hug as he calmed down her protest.
"You're fine. You're fine my love.'' he cooed lovingly, kissing the top of her head constantly as he rubbed her back.
"I..i thought she would …k…kill you,'' she said in sorrow, breaking into more tears.
''Im here now, she did not succeed. I'm here my love. We got her. We got the biggest weapon ever given to the werewolf kind.''
''Do not ever do that again.'' Luna Myra cues, slapping his chest playfully as she smiled. Their love and hate relationship was almost adorable.
He pulled him towards her, their lips connecting in a short kiss as she whispered the promises of what she would be doing to him after. With a mischievous smile plastered on Alpha Jeremiah's face, he pulled his wife in for a kiss, completely ignoring the screams of Michael, Gerald, and Thomas who were still trying to fight his battalion of soldiers.
He had gotten lily. The investment he had been working with for more than a decade. Now, all that mattered to him was breaking the girl until she had nothing else to live for. Making her vulnerable and prone to his commands. He needed to own her. To put her in a cell and teach her the etiquette of following her master.
But, however, understood that the only way he would get close to her is if that inhibitor was still slapped around her ankle. He made the mental note to order more inhibitors just in case the other came off.
