7:53 a.m., Taimadou Academy, Main Campus
After a few minutes of silence between the two, Rin and Mihiro proceeded to the school's main building. Walking side-by-side as a couple seems to garner many onlookers' stares, but both didn't mind. It was as if they both had known each other for a long time from a bird's point of view. Even though it was only a day since they met.
Rin's reasoning for accepting the relationship was simple. Firstly, it allowed him to keep tabs on Mihiro while simultaneously allowing her to fulfill her job duties which in turn would make his father satisfied. The second is that he is interested in getting a relationship being an adolescent. Thirdly, Mihiro seemed to strike a chord from deep within, and he feels that she is someone he could get along with.
There is a clear consensus between the two, however, that their going out is only a sort of trial period to get to know one another better, as yesterday was the first time the two of them had met. Regardless, they have the sensibility to treat it seriously.
Whilst they were walking together, they did not hold each other's hands, signifying that it is just the start of their new relationship. Mihiro did offer to hold hands, but Rin respectfully declined. He said that he preferred for them not to, but he was just embarrassed. Rin was very surprised that Mihiro was able to be vocal about what she wanted and saw that as an interesting trait of hers.
"I think we'll make it in time Rin."
Mihiro looked toward Rin while simultaneously walking. It was unfortunate that they couldn't walk at a slower pace to talk more with each other, but they'll make up for it after classes.
They entered the classroom two minutes before homeroom began.
Upon entering, they were stared at as per usual, with the addition of three gazes, belonging to Akane, Fuka, and Hijiri. Only Hana did not look at them as she was busy with her smartphone.
The two of them took their respective seats and homeroom began.
