Before she realised who it was, someone dragged her forcefully, landing her on the floor. She raised her head and found Jake beside her. She was startled to see him at the party.
Cameron, who heard someone screaming Ava's name, turned his head. Then he noticed the huge Chandelier was falling on her. He panicked looking at the scene. He thought he would lose her.
" Are you alright, Ava? " Jake asked her with concern. She nodded her head. But she forgot that she was lying on the floor. Just then Jake stood up on his feet and extended his hand to her.
Meanwhile, Cameron ran to her and helped her to stand on her feet, placing his hands around her waist. Immediately, he took her into his embrace.
" Baby…. Are you fine! " he asked her. She gripped him tightly back. She was so scared of what happened a few moments earlier. She hid her face in his chest. As she didn't give any response, he released her to find out whether she was hurt.
