As she wiped the blood off her fingers, she looked around, only Emily was left standing there. Her legs shaking feebly.
She looked down at the boy, " what did you do to Ryder?" Emily cried out.
Alice just smiled, hitting him this bad was a test, a test to see whether or not this boy was as she had suspected. She had heard there were many wolf packs here on chainvile, well Ryder had just interfered with her plans of keeping it low.
She moved to Emily, who was now cornering herself to a wall, looking for an escape.
Alice had completely knocked down Ryder Black, all this time, all she could see in his face was her fathers image, that imbisel of a man. His image fueled up the monster inside, she couldn't be around him..
.else she'd tear him apart..
as though what she'd already done was any better.. ?!!
True to say, Ryder had committed a grave atrocity to slap Alice. It was the worst decision he'd ever made. Crossing paths with Alice Bennet in such a manner was inviting death itself. If he were a normal boy by now, his bones would be porridge.
" control it!!" She tried to whisper to herself. As she dropped down the hockey stick and crushed herself against the wall
She roughly hit against it, her teeth rattling violently... She wasnt just any monster, neither was she a certain kind of wolf..or vampire. ...
She was everything...
Anything...
And nothing...
She held her fist tightly, the sharp baberic nails cutting through the flesh of the palm of her hand... She fought the urge to let herself turn into what she'd locked in all of her life, or at least most of the time.
Emily run to Ryder,
A pile of broken muscles and bones
who was now huffing in pain and trying to get up. His nose was broken, his face was bleeding, his knee and ankle had been dislocated. Well not to mention his jaw.., elbow..broken teeth...swollen face...cracked spine...and others unmentionable..
He was in sheer pain..a pain like this that only came when you jump into a squeezing mashine.
.indeed, he had come face to face with a destroyer...a girl that turned his insides to outsides...he had come to meet a girl that broke him, not emotionally as people always want to write about, but physically
Something that has never in his a hundred and seventeen years ever occurred...
But I know you wonder, why a boy over a hundred years would actually opt to study, why he'd still be a teenager..
Well that's a whole other story....
" you have to forget the pain in order to heal" emily whispered her voice breaking down.
She loved..she loved Ryder...not only just teenage love..but obsession.. Maybe because she was the only one who knew his secret, well apart from his pack...well...
It was indeed true, if Ryder had to heal the many broken bones and cut skins Alice had gifted her, he had first to not be in pain.
For pain was an enemy of concessions
Any enemy of embrace against suffering
For those of his kind... Who healed in a jiffy..
Theyde first have to be focused on their healing..
But how would he put his focused on healing when the shuddering pain always overpowered his wolf man..
Basing in accurate calculations, out of the two fifty something bones in a human being , are they really two fifty...aaaahhh...i dont know..anyway...
we'd say only four to five were left untouched, and that is because they were deeply internal.
To break them you'd have to rip him apart...
inner demons huh..quite a scare.!!!
This answered all of Alice's questions, he was indeed what she'd feared him to be.
She threw the hockey stick down, having her fingers between her hair, gripping it tightly, she forced herself to stay in control.
Basing on the damage she had done, it was not a very wise decision to let her demons out to play.
Just suddenly, Ryder roared , so damn hard his fangs escalated.
The whole lot shook. As Emily looked up and moved away from Ryder ...understanding that it was for the best...
Alice understood the meaning of the roar, she understood it as a signal, that could call your pack out of whatever whole it was in, it was as a cry for help, wolves never cry, unless in circumstances like this , when the pain was too much and the wounds couldn't heal.
Within seconds, a pack of wolves came jumping into the parking lot. Some even crawled on the wall.
They were not only wolves...there were many samples...different versions...
You'll see..
By this time, Alice had managed staying in control before attracting Emily's attention. She felt it wasn't her fault, she'd warned them , hadn't she, as she got up, she picked the bloody hockey stick only to be knocked down by a pack of the wolves.
When she turned, she saw Ryder being carried to the other side of the lot.
Not long after, a sharp pain came across the side of her head... An unbearable pain..before she tried to wrestle her freedom... Her vision blurred....she collapsed...!!!!
She woke up angry, ....confused at the state she was in....the state she felt her whole body adjust to,
she was cold, ice cold,
in fact, her body was freezing. She looked around, all she could see was ice, ice all around her. She huffed, as her mouth released the hot breath.
She looked around the room, it was mirrored, on every side was glass. It seemed like a big refrigerator.
The kind where big meat companies store their products..
But there were scratches on the wall...deep scratches...
This showed her that she wasn't the first one to be put in the cold...
The cold soon penetrated to her skin, making her look a little whiter.
On her hair stood some ice drops, that had frozen around the strands of hair that messily fell on her forehead.
She looked at herself, before rubbing her hands together, in attempt to better her body temperature. It didn't seem to work.
She felt dizzy as the previous events suddenly hit her like a log. She remembered hitting the boy at the parking lot. Hitting him so damn hard she left him as a pile of flesh and broken bones. And then her mind flashed back to what really happened, when the pack of wolves summoned by the boy appeared and took along even her.
Her senses caught the voice of the boy, not far from her surroundings. She,was sure it was him, it must have been him, she always mastered every scent and voice of anyone she came across .
For now, she couldn't catch a scent, because her nostrils kept inhaling ice cold air.
She finally followed the voice, turning to her right, only to see a dark wall. She remembered seeing such a kind of wall.
Once, during her troublesome adventures.
These types of wall looked black from the inside, but from the outside were used as monitors.
One could see everything from the outside. It was like a mirror, not like a glass, only that this mirror could show through from the outside .
alice tries to understand everything, a lot of things don't make sense.
but can she really get herself out of this?
