"Dad, who is that beside Cora (the girl's favorite singer)?" Questioned the young girl while pointing her finger at the tv screen.
"That's her bodyguard."
"How come it's a girl, isn't bodyguard a job for boys?" She became more curious.
Her dad explained to her that as long as they're strong anyone can be a bodyguard.
"Wow! Then I wanna be a bodyguard when I grow up!"
Her dad chuckled seeing her being so cheerful.

"Miss Cora, what is your relationship with Keiran?" "Miss Cora is the rumor about you is true?" "Miss Cora, when did you start to know each other?" "Miss Cora..." they're a wave of reporters around miss Cora. "I'm sorry but we don't accept any question right now!" Declared her bodyguard as she help Cora get to the Car.
"Phew, thank you Serene. I don't know what I would do without you." Cora let out a sigh of relief. "You don't need to thank me miss it's my job." Stated Serene.
"Oh come on, don't be so formal. We've been friends since high school."
"It's work time, of course, I have to be formal with you miss" teased Serene.
"Then I ordered you to not be so formal with me starting now!" Said Cora played along. "That would trouble me a lot miss."
"Then you cant be formal when there are only the two of us."
"As you wish miss." Said Serene, they both started to giggle together.

"Miss Cora wake up. We have already arrived at the hotel." Woke Serene gently. Cora woke up, "That's Cora for you. Anyway, did you already check-in?" Asked Cora. "not yet." A simple answer from Serene.
Serene went to the counter and check-in while Cora waited at the waiting area.
"Let's go Cora, I already get our room key. I hope you're okay with sharing a room." Serene informed Cora. "I don't care as long I get a bed." Said Cora too tired to care.
"Cora, do you want to take a shower first, or should I?" Asked Serene trying to be considerate. "You can go first, I'm too tired to move."
Serene takes her clothes off and gets into the shower. [there are so many things going on today, we even have to stay at a hotel because the reporters found her house. How did she even get in that situation? Now that I think about it, isn't it weird how the rumor gets out even tho they usually just text and doesn't see each other face to face. I'll ask her about it later.] thought Seren trying to put the pieces together about what happened.
"Cora, I'm done with the shower it's your turn." "Ugh fine." Sigh Cora. "Oh, and will you tell me in detail why did that happen today? I need to make a report and I'm a bit curious about it."
"Sure but after the shower, I need to clear my mind." Consented Cora as she closed the bathroom door.

"Can we talk about it while we take a walk? I want to buy some food." Asked Cora. Serene agreed to Cora's request and walk to the convenience store that is 5 minutes walk away.
"I don't exactly know how they know, but I think my makeup artist saw it when I texted him. Cause I don't think I ever texted him in front of someone else other than that time. Of course, excluding you." Explained Cora.
"Did he not care about it, this is also his fault!" Questioned Serene frustratedly. Cora calmed Serene down and stated that he is also being attacked and he said he would clear the misunderstanding.
"Why won't you just say that you're his older sister? it'll easier for both of you." Asked Serene. "I don't want both of our careers being stuck together, plus we look nothing alike other than our hair color before both of us dyed our hair." Added Cora.
They reached the convenience store and bought some food for them to eat. "Don't forget that you cant drink any cold water tonight." Serene reminded Cora. Cora begged Serene to let her drink some, unfortunately, it didn't work. Serene stands strong with her word.
"Your total will be $20.99." Said the cashier. Serene reached for her pocket and searched for her money, [oh no did I not bring some money] Serene became nervous. "Cora, did you bring some money with you?" Ask Serene. Cora checked her pocket as she shooked her head.
"Is this perhaps Serene?" Asked the cashier. Serene confusedly said, "Yes, and who are you?" "Don't you remember? It's me, Ezra."
"Oh is that you? It's been so long I almost didn't recognize you. How are you been doing?" asked Serene as she remembered Ezra.
"I've been doing okay up until now. I just started helping my uncle with the shop." Replied Ezra. "Oh, what did you do before?" She asked. "I used to be a bodyguard but my contract ended recently."
"Really, I'm a bodyguard too i....." "Uhum uhum, in case you didn't remember I'm still here. How about introducing us?" Cora cut Serene's sentence.
"I'm sorry. Cora, this is Ezra, I know him from a friend. Ezra, this is Cora, I met her in high school." Serene introduced both of them. "Cora as in the singer?" Joked Ezra.
Cora opened her mask and said, "exactly the singer." Stated Cora confidently. Ezra looked at Serene in disbelief, Serene nodded her head.
"Oh my, I didn't think I would get to meet 'the' Cora face to face." Ezra said half screaming.
"Don't be so loud Ezra, anyway we gotta go now bye." Emphasized Serene. "Eh, don't go yet you didn't even pay." Ezra pointed out.
"Cant you pay for it, ill pay you back. I don't bring any money?" Serene asked shamelessly. Ezra agreed and exchange each other numbers.
On the way back to the hotel they chatted about how lucky it is for them to know the cashier. Serene also told Cora how Ezra and herself met when they arrived at the hotel. They had a fun night despite what happened.
