Reyes frowned. "Why are you here?"
Toya, not understanding what she was saying, stared at him like an idiot.
Resigned, Reyes dragged her along. "Let's go home."
Toya, after being dragged by him for two steps, was unwilling to leave.
"I need to go to the bathroom."
Her voice was soft and she sounded slightly aggrieved.
She had come out to use the bathroom.
Reyes had to take her to the door of the ladies' room again.
He saw Toya go in, and he called Sullivan at the door. He said he wouldn't go back.
Through the phone, he didn't see Sullivan reveal an expression that bespoke his scheme had worked.
Sullivan patted a good friend on the shoulder, as if he was assigning a difficult task. "It's up to you next."
Toya was in the bathroom a little too long. Reyes saw several girls go in and out again, but he didn't see her.
He was a little anxious. Then, he heard the two girls chatting as they walked out.
