Reyes's uncooperative look embarrassed the girl greeting him.
She looked at Toya.
"…He's just a junior who came to class along the way. I'm not familiar with him."
Toya didn't look at Reyes again, and acted like she really wasn't familiar with him. "Let's go, Dorothy. It's time for class."
Dorothy followed Toya and gave Reyes a puzzled look.
She gently grabbed Toya and her eyes indicated that Reyes was still following.
Toya looked at him sideways.
Reyes looked at her, too, and his gaze was obedient.
She reminded him, "We're already at the No. 3 school building."
Reyes said, "I know."
Toya raised her eyebrows. "Then why are you still following me?"
He felt a little aggrieved. "I didn't follow you. It's along the way."
Dorothy stared at him with wide eyes.
He had just had an arrogant and domineering expression that kept people away just now. Why had his demeanor changed all of a sudden?
