Emperor Cao Cao looked at Anniceta and snapped his fingers, pointing at his feet.
"Beastwoman, get over here and-"
BAM!
Before anyone could react, Anniceta had already slammed Emperor Cao Cao's face a meter into the hard ground.
Anniceta, who hadn't beaten him up nearly enough to completely vent her anger, pulled him out by his foot and started to repeatedly slam him down onto the ground, back-and-forth, for a good 30 seconds until she abruptly stopped her actions.
To everyone's horror, Anniceta chose to continue the beatdown and performed an axe kick that landed directly on top of Emperor Cao Cao's diaphragm, knocking the wind out of him.
It was at that moment that Anniceta straddled Emperor Cao Cao and started to simply pummel his face with punches, hooks, and elbows.
BAM BAM BAM!
She continued to beat Emperor Cao Cao until her system sent her a series of notifications.
"Ding Dong! Please be advised that you will kill the individual known as Emperor Cao Cao with any further beatings!"
"Ding Dong! Due to you mercilessly beating the individual Emperor Cao Cao for his offensive actions against you, several Elven Gods noticed and thought it was funny! You've gained 3 million Reputation Points!"
"Ding Dong! Due to you mercilessly beating the individual Emperor Cao Cao for his offensive actions against you, the Bean Counters have all silently vowed to never upset and always respect you! You've gained 1 million Reputation Points!"
"Ding Dong! The Grand Elder of the Alfen Empire had noticed that you mercilessly beat up his son! He thought it was his son's negative Karma that caught up with him and thanked you! You've gained 5 million Reputation Points!"
'Reputation Points? What the heck are those used for?'
"Ding Dong! Reputation Points can be used in the Transmigrator's Reputation Point Shop! All sorts of unique and bizarre items are featured within, with every item being exclusive to this shop alone!"
'Huh, I'll check that out later.'
Glancing at the passed-out Emperor, Anniceta snorted and used her Serene Spring Breeze skill to partially heal the useless meat sack.
Once the Emperor was partially healed, Anniceta tapped her foot to the side of his head, only to get no response.
'Should've woken up from that tap, dumb*ss. Sorry, but I need you awake.'
After she flipped the unconscious, useless meat sack over, Anniceta knelt down, and much to everyone's horror, unceremoniously shoved her pointer and middle finger down his throat and made him gag, thus waking him up.
'Mission accomplished!'
"Ding Dong! ٩( ^ᴗ^ )۶ "
"Rise and shine princess, it's negotiating time."
Emperor Cao Cao looked at Anniceta for a moment, as if he was trying to remember who she was.
His eyes suddenly widened.
'F*ck! Am I going to get beaten up again?! Father, you were right! Karma is real!'
"Oi, quit staring off into space, otherwise I'll beat you up again. I need your dumb*ss to purchase all of these items, minus the pieces my Summoner and her father want to keep. The artifacts are off-limits. They're mine."
Anniceta's impatient tone and sharp comments, coupled with the passive aura that she was starting to release, quickly snapped Emperor Cao Cao out of his thoughts as he immediately felt terrified, but excitement quickly drowned out the terror once he heard that he could purchase most of the items in front of him.
A contemplative look appeared on his face, his hand stroking his beard.
"I'm willing to buy as much of this as you're willing to sell. Miss Luo Weiwei, Mister Luo Tian, let's discuss the transaction."
Anniceta picked up the war maul and glared at Emperor Cao Cao.
"There's nothing to discuss. You're going to buy the stuff at the price they set. No negotiating, unless you want me to beat you up again, this time with the maul!"
Emperor Cao Cao flinched and had cold sweat break out across his back.
Gulp!
With a tight smile, Emperor Cao Cao didn't put on any airs as he walked over and inspected the items and corpses, while Luo Weiwei and Luo Tian discussed the price off to the side.
"Papa, with Miss Anniceta here, I think we can easily get 5 million Diamond Notes! After all, Miss Anniceta seems like a much better backer than the Empire itself!"
Luo Weiwei excitedly suggested to her father, who frowned in response.
"5 million Diamond Notes is pushing it a bit, but I agree, with Miss Anniceta's support, we'd probably get away with setting the price at 8 million. There's just one problem."
Luo Tian looked at his daughter and solemnly spoke.
"What happens when Miss Anniceta completes her contract? Will she disappear? If she does, what can stop the Emperor from sending some of his Royal Guards to extort the money back?"
Luo Weiwei frowned as well.
"That is indeed a problem. I'll ask Miss Anniceta what she'll do once the contract is completed. Hopefully she'll stay, but knowing how strong she is, I doubt this world will hold any challenges for her."
Walking over to Anniceta, who was merrily terrorizing the Bean Counters by swinging the hammer and smacking the ground next to them with energy, Luo Weiwei gently hugged Anniceta's torso.
This startled Anniceta to the point where she almost instinctively pushed Luo Weiwei away, though stopped herself.
"Miss Anniceta, I was wondering, would you be willing to follow my father and I back to our world? I know you're a Summoned Being, and you probably have lots of stuff to do back on your planet, but Papa and I aren't exactly in the best of spots right now..."
Anniceta inexplicably felt her heart melt as she gently patted Luo Weiwei on the head and hugged her, which worked since Luo Weiwei was only a mere 156cm tall, and quietly reassured her.
"If you want me to tag along, I will. Just be aware that I'll have to travel back-and-forth between my world and your world.
Make no mistake, I'll definitely help you and your father out of whatever predicament you might be in.
Now, I suggest you highball your offer to the Emperor. Don't worry about a thing. If he dares to try and negotiate, I'll beat him up until he calls me daddy!"
Luo Weiwei giggled, returned Anniceta's hug, and chipperly went to get her father.
Seeing Luo Weiwei so upbeat made Anniceta feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.
The recent influx of "foreign feelings" caused Anniceta to actually try and comprehend them, eventually asking herself what she thought was the cause of those feelings.
"Am I into women? This doesn't make me a pervert, does it? I mean, she DOES look beautiful, she makes me happy when I'm just around her, and I guess I could see myself spending the night with her. But what does this all mean...?"
"I think that means you're in love with my daughter."
Anniceta whirled around and faced a smirking Luo Tian.
Just as she was about to apologize, Luo Tian wrapped his arm around her shoulder and quietly said "I just wanted to say that I really don't mind, mainly because I know Luo Weiwei is into women herself. If you promise to take care of her, then I'd be more than happy to give you her hand in marriage!"
Anniceta's mind raced as she thought of a theory that she really hoped wasn't true, as it would put her into a slight pickle if it was.
"Is someone nasty after Luo Weiwei?"
Luo Tian flinched and tiredly sighed.
"You're certainly right. The Young Master of Holy Apocrypha Sect has issued me an ultimatum. Either I willingly give Luo Weiwei's hand in marriage, or they come and kill me, then forcefully marry Luo Weiwei.
I'm terribly sorry for springing this on you, but right now, you're our last lifeline. Please-"
Luo Tian suddenly jumped back as if he was shocked, as he, Luo Weiwei, Emperor Cao Cao, and the Bean Counters, all stared at Anniceta is horror, who was emitting a killing intent so potent, a red, blood scented mist started to rapidly form around the entire area, in addition to the rapidly dropping temperature.
"A forced marriage, huh? Good good good! I suppose it was only a matter of time before I heard about people who've crossed my bottom line! Luo Tian, Luo Weiwei, when our task us done, let me "negotiate" with them like I did with the useless meat sack over there!"
Luo Weiwei looked at her father in disbelief, to which he only quickly looked away, though whether it was from shame, or embarrassment, nobody could tell.
Anniceta walked up to Luo Weiwei and sternly reprimanded her.
"Luo Weiwei, you need to tell me stuff like this. As a Summoned Being, it's my job to protect and help you. I can't help you if you don't tell me things, understand? Besides, if they're still hellbent on marrying you after I beat the Holy Apocrypha Sect's Young Master, Sect Leader, and Grand Elder, then I'll simply marry you, with your permission of course. After all, it's not uncommon for a person to kill for their partner, is it?"
Emperor Cao Cao gasped in horror, stating, "Are you out of your mind?! The Holy Apocrypha Sect is a force that even my Empire has to revere! You'll die before you even set foot inside their outer perimeter!"
Anniceta glared at Emperor Cao Cao and sharply replied with a scowl.
"Shut it retard, I wasn't talking to you. Besides, unless they have more than 9 Supreme Gods as their life or death backing, I'll flatten their stupid f*cking Sect and everyone in it. I'm not compassionate enough to leave any of their big shots alive, and don't think for a second that I won't kill you if you manage to piss me off! Now go back to appraising before I beat you up!"
Emperor Cao Cao swallowed the words he was going to say, as he knew damn well that Anniceta wasn't bluffing, if for no other reason than his gut told him so.
Besides him and his father, the Grand Elder, nobody else knew this, but his "gut feeling" has actually ended up saving his Empire from complete annihilation several dozen times over the past 500,000 years.
Thus, he wisely decided to follow Anniceta's orders.
Anniceta sighed and dispersed the last of her killing intent, which made everyone silently exhale a breath of relief.
Luo Weiwei walked up to Anniceta and quietly asked, "So, I take it that Papa explained the forced marriage to you? Since that seems to be the case, why did you suddenly release that scary killing intent? Did something bad happen?"
Anniceta sighed and sat down next to the campfire, followed by Luo Weiwei and Luo Tian, and used one of her skills, "Supreme Isolation", to completely cut off the ability for anyone or anything to eavesdrop on their conversation.
Supreme Isolation's original effect was similar to a smokescreen, except there is no smoke, and instead, a massive cloud of nanoscopic floating mirrors that were able to refract, absorb, and focus all manners of light energy, allowing for camouflage, energy attacks, and the ability to become a portable charger.
"The reason is simple. It brought back some bad memories of my past. It was nearly the same situation, except my mother and father want to force me to marry a rich, but disgusting man so they could get a lot of money to buy life ruining drugs.
I didn't take kindly to that and ran away. Reason being; he beat people bloody.
I also knew that if I wanted to live how I wanted, then I'd have to work. So, I ended up having to kill to make a living, and I was damn good at it.
It wasn't until 6 years after I had run away that my parents found me, but by then, I had changed too much, buried too many bodies to care about useless meat sacks that held no meaning to me.
All of that is in the past though, so I don't focus on it. Besides, I rather like it here with you both. Now, enough of the depressing talk, let's go see what Emperor Meat sack has to say about the deal."
Walking towards the wary Emperor Cao Cao, Anniceta didn't notice Luo Weiwei and Luo Tian having a mental conversation.
'Papa, did you notice...?'
Luo Weiwei's worried tone matched Luo Tian's frown.
'Yes, I noticed as well. She was lying through her teeth. Something horrible must have happened, horrible enough where she ended up with that terrifying killing intent. Just be there for her, she's probably hurting as much as we are.'
With a sad look on her face, Luo Weiwei nodded.
'Mn, I will, I promise.'
