Azuma scratched his head as he tried to recall more about Rin Kaneki. His squinted eyes glanced at the black tinted windows.
"Well, it's quiet outside," Azuma yawned, "Would the penalty be too bad, Zero?"
「 Your quest is ranked A. The penalty will have a difficulty of Rank S. 」
Azuma painfully recalled the last time he had to deal with an S-ranked penalty. To assassinate an old man seven months ago didn't seem much difficult at first.
The only issue was that of morality.
But regardless, Azuma was curious to know why the Codex would suggest such a mission.
And so, he went to the hillside mansion.
There was loose security, and after entering inside, Azuma found nothing out of ordinary.
The old man was peacefully sleeping.
Azuma left his room and he decided to see what might happen if he refuses a penalty quest.
