The mask.
Azuma remembered it well, all of sudden his mind went back to the Abyss, when he had met the man for the first time.
And the way he calmly watched Azuma nearly fall to his death.
"Hey," Haru brought him out of his thoughts, "Is everything okay?"
Azuma watched the masked man for a while but then he just shook his head and tried to smile.
"It's fine."
He didn't care about what happened back then, but now, something felt off.
Haru led him further inside the bar, and he glanced at the cold metallic thing shoved inside his palm earlier.
It was just an earpiece.
"Hikari-sensei should be there," Haru mused, "Her taste in drinks is kind of weird so please bare with me if you find her acting funny."
Azuma glanced back again, he couldn't see the masked man now because the bar was too bright and too drunk. So much that Azuma swore to himself to never drink.
