"But the key is in my hands; only I have the ability to solve this puzzle, and only I have the ability to avert the impending catastrophe that we humans will face. Those are our kind, you know, and they have joys, sorrows, and sorrows just like us. They also have love and family, and they are all living beings. If the disaster cannot be averted, they will all perish in the process. Our civilization, as well as the traces we have left on this planet and the many stories that have occurred, will all come to an end. It will all vanish into thin air, and no one will ever know what happened." Alex said it in hushed tones.
"However, now that your body..." Virat came in and interrupted Sophia just as she was about to finish her worried words.
"Alex," Virat said, "I'd like to share something with you."
"You said," Alex acknowledged.
"According to a team of psychological experts, your current state of mind does not allow you to engage in such high-intensity problem-solving activities any longer. The doctor is correct; if you continue in this manner, you will suffer a mental breakdown and may even become a psychotic."
Alex smirked a bitter smile.
"Your work has been temporarily halted by a panel of psychologists who have reached a decision. Their recommendation is for you to go on a vacation and relax. Wait until you have gotten used to the new environment before starting work. Unless you specifically request it, I will not provide you with any additional information about this incident during this time period."
Virat said it in hushed tones. No matter how he phrased it, this sentence sounded like an order no matter what he was trying to disguise.
"Alright." Alex bowed his head, a sad expression on his face.
"Can you tell me where you want to go?"
Alex's gaze was a little off to the side. "Let's go to the North Pole first," Alex said after a brief pause. "I'd like to see what's at the North Pole," Alex added.
"Okay. I'll take care of it "Vlakovich expressed himself.
"He's in such bad shape right now, can he take it?" Sophia exclaimed with a giddy excitement.
"A professional medical team and the most advanced medical equipment will be assembled to ensure that there are no problems during the trip, which I will arrange. This is not something you should be concerned about." "Are you going to accompany me?" Virat inquired lightly.
Sophia paused for a moment before shaking her head and saying, "No, I'm not going."
"I think you should go." Virat expressed himself as follows: "No one in this world is more familiar with Brad than you are. You should be with Alex at all times. Any question he poses to you will always be met with an appropriate response."
"All right," Sophia said.
"Go back and prepare now," Virat said as he nodded. "Let me take care of your work."
Despite staying until late at night, Sophia was discreet in her departure from the hospital ward when Alex fell asleep. With his body as still as a mountain, Virat has been staring out the window for the past few minutes.
Virat and Alex were discharged from the hospital the following morning, despite Alex's still-slightly-weak condition. A car had already been parked in front of the hospital to pick up the patients. When Virat and Alex got into the car, the driver didn't say anything and the car started moving at a high rate of speed with them. After picking up Sophia, a small group of people gathered in an open area, where a helicopter was already waiting for them.
"Our ultimate goal is the establishment of the Genesis Scientific Research Station in the Arctic. However, before arriving at the Genesis Scientific Research Station, we will take a five-day break in the northern city of Nagrasan to recharge our batteries. This time around, we'll be at the Genesis Station for three days. After a few days, we will evacuate the North Pole with the rest of the scientific research station's staff, which will take several days. Of course, if you have any special requirements, I will make arrangements for additional personnel to ensure your safety while in the North Pole, if necessary." Virat shared his thoughts.
"Okay." Alex paused and then inquired, "Is it necessary to evacuate? Is it possible that the crew of Genesis Station will evacuate the North Pole?"
"Yes. Because the Arctic is no longer a suitable environment for human beings to live in." Vlakovich expressed himself as follows: "Winter has passed in the Arctic Circle, and summer has arrived, heralding the melting of ice and snow. However, the Genesis Station's staff recently recorded the lowest temperature ever recorded, minus 93 degrees Celsius, which they believe to be a record. It is becoming increasingly difficult for the government to divert its resources away from the equatorial project, and it does not have the necessary energy to transport large quantities of special survival support materials to assist with Arctic scientific research. If the scientific research personnel remain on the premises, it is possible that accidental damage will occur."
"Of course, once the people have been evacuated, robots will take over as the primary guardians of the North Pole, replacing humans. However, if they are damaged, there is nothing that can be done."
Alex, Virat, and Sophia all boarded the helicopter at the same time as well. The helicopter took off with a roar and flew for a short distance before landing in the valley below it. Alex then boarded another large jet airliner and flew northward with Virat, Sophia, and a medical and security team totaling approximately 20 people to their destination.
Alex and his party were on the road for more than ten hours before they finally arrived at their final destination. The small town of Nagrasan is a world covered in ice and snow, but Alex has no intention of taking time to appreciate the beauty of this landscape at this time of year. Alex fell asleep as soon as he walked into his room, without even bothering to wash his hands.
