(Rody)
Rody could do nothing but watch on as Biju crumbled to the ground into a pool of his own blood. His first instinct was to rush over and try to somehow save him but his reasonable thinking soon kicked in, telling him that the man was already dead. There was no surviving a wound like that. Not unless you were a Deathless.
With an immense amount of pain, grief and anger flowing through his entire being, he looked up at Anurag who seemed to have been taken aback by what had happened. Realizing he had an opportunity to catch him unawares, Rody allowed his emotions to burst out as he charged forward and rammed his shoulder into his gut.
Anurag gasped out loudly as the wind got knocked right out of his lungs. But Rody wasn't finished yet. He continued charging forward, driving Anurag slamming heavily into the wooden shelf behind. The impact seemed to have stunned the man as he cried out in pain and dropped the rifle onto the floor.
