(Ray)
A loud bang coming from somewhere within the building made Ray jump. He immediately rushed out of the room, trying to figure out where it had originated from. He dashed past several doors and quickly peeked inside before moving onto the next. His mind went into a slight panic considering that Meghan hadn't returned back to the room with the jail cells in quite a while. Ray cursed himself for not going in search of her sooner. If something had happened to her he would never be able to quell his guilt.
He finally made it to the room that was initially locked when he first arrived inside the building. This was the only other room he had yet to search. He opened the door and walked in just as another loud bang reverberated within. Ray clutched at his ears and scrambled out of the doorway.
"What the hell?" he asked loudly, his ears ringing from the sound of the gunshot.
