(Meghan)
Meghan sat in the front seat feeling extremely conflicted. She sneaked a sideways glance at Ray, watching his focus all his attention towards his driving. Once or twice she thought she felt his eyes on her but hadn't managed to confirm it yet. Realizing she might just be getting paranoid, Meghan turned away and stared outside the passenger side window.
As the sky around grew darker, it became harder and harder to see her surroundings. She turned back to the front, staring nonchalantly at the road they were driving on. The car's headlights lit up a few feet in front of them, leaving whatever lied beyond a mystery. Meghan couldn't help but wonder why there weren't any Deathless on these roads. She came up with several theories, some plausible and others leaning more towards extreme fabrication.
"Woby." Said Ray suddenly. His voice coming out muffled and unclear through the cloth around his mouth. "Wo ambo dare."
