The three men walk fast down the empty hallway of the stadium only to trailed behind by a dark figure. "Why did we have to do it in a public place?" One of the men asked. "We don't know who was watching for all we know there could have been a higher power among the crowds of humans." The figure was testing the men before them. Seeing if they would spot them. It made that person wonder why they never once looked behind. That question their motives that was being carefully watched.
"Shut up" the man with curly hair said, "if you keep on discussing this we'll be found." He tells them. It was silent for a while when they turned a corner leading into the basement. He opens the door and they all went in. The figure creeped up behind them. Still surprised they haven't been discovered they shook their head before shoving at one of the men. That created a domino effect. The figure watched as they tumble down the steps. They all tumbled over each other the two men broke some bones while the third guy twisted his ankles. "What the hell...Gar did you trip over your own foot?" The figure shook its head before they vanished into the room.
Gar groans. "No...it was not me this time." He attempts to get up but only falls from the pain. The man began to grovel that made the figure chuckle under their breath.
"Tsk, tsk I thought you were better at this." The voice echoed in the room you could hear the door slam shut. It locked just as quickly.
The man's ears perked. "I know that voice..." he trails off as he leans on his elbows to see who it was only to see a blur from the door and then it was in his face. She had long green and blue hair that put in a bun, her eyes red with furry, and she wore a sad look on her face. This woman stares back at him studying him. Attempting to understand the lack of senses.
"Man, Ezekiel you fail at being a vampire." She ticked her tongue at the roof of her mouth as she shook her head "how did you not sense me?" She turns her head at him. Her hair slowly failing from its hold. She eyed him looking into his eyes. When there was nothing but hatred in the eyes it made her question. The knowledge she had of Ezekiel had her shaking her head. She closed her eyes only to slam her foot on one of the goons back. Shivering her heels into one of the legs drawing blood. The one howls in pain. She clicked her tongue at the roof of her mouth. Her eyes peel open staring at the man below her. The pure fear in his eyes made the vampire in her smirk. She twists her heel further into his leg watching as he squirmed. Ezekiel didn't say anything as he watched licking his lips. He seemed to enjoy the misery of others. The old Ezekiel she once knew never would allow her to bring pain to others. In fact, he would always guide her away from torture this confirmed everything she knew.
Ezekiel groans as he chuckled a little. "I didn't spot you since you hid so well." She glares at him, crossing her arms. The lack of senses he had made her suspicions come to life. She let out a heavy sigh as she grabs the man's leg below her. Then ripped it away from her. Blood spired everywhere splattering across her face. She wore a blank expression as she examined Ezekiel's face. Seeing how he smiled with an evil look staring at the mess she made. She ignored the screams that echoed. She rips her heel from the man's leg. Then storms over to Ezekiel her face furious.
"That's bullshit" She screamed at him as her hand grips at his throat. He chokes as her hold grew stronger. "You did spot me; you were too distracted with the girl. Now tell me why the hell were you following after her?!" She hissed. She watched as his face began to turn blue. Being a vampire that's abnormal they don't need air. Her nostrils flared. She was annoyed by the lack of satiability her eyes bulging.
"Juliet, I do not have time for this..." He manages a whisper as he scratched at her hands. Her eyes narrowed as she stares him down. She shook her head vigorously. Her thoughts roaming through her memories everything that she has known. Since the day she was born had her questioning her motives.
Juliet laughs throwing her head back. "You're filled with lies Ezekiel." She tightens her grip that makes him stop "if you don't tell me I will pry and we both know how that makes you feel." Ezekiel's eyes widen as he closed his eyes and tried to figure a way out of this one. "Don't even try to think of an escape." she grinned at him as she snapped her fingers three other figures appeared before him. Three were men towering over him inch by inch. He couldn't make out who they were, and he didn't even recognize them even with hints of detail he got. One man had long hair to his knees, another man had spiky hair, and the last man had his hair pulled back. "This will be the last time you escape from me" Juliet hisses at him as she nods to the other two men passed out on the ground. "There is one thing that you must understand." She lifts Ezekiel off the ground by his throat then chucked him off to the side. "Once you cross me there is no going back." She bares her teeth and shows her fangs at him. Her gaze turns to the other people off to the side and she nods at them then they proceed to kill off the goons. She had tortured them enough as she turns to stare at Ezekiel.
"YOU CAN'T!" Ezekiel shrieks that came out hoarse. Her eyes grew thin as she could see sympathy in his eyes. After all the torment she put upon them he now had his humanity rising.
Juliet looks back to him. "We can and we will." Within seconds their screams that filled the room. They had subsided and the bodies left for Times bidding. "Now do you understand me?" She asked. When he didn't reply she shakes her head and throws her bracelet out beside her that opens a portal. The color was cyan that light up the room. Ezekiel blind by the light not to mention it burned him. Before he was able to get a good look at the formation of the location. Juliet applied pressure between his neck and shoulder. He knocked out within seconds. Once out she grabs his leg and drags him through the portal. Everyone followed behind her. She heads over to the mountain as the others vanished.
Juliet drags Ezekiel on the snowy path heading towards the mountain. She had Melody Ezekiel's daughter, Lola his ex-wife, and Skai. "How did you manage to snatch him?" Melody asked. She has long red hair that curled at the end, Egyptian skin that was a little rough looking, and brown eye. Juliet kept her eyes forward as she eyed the mountain that quickly approached.
Everyone looks to her with interest. "I heard entail that he was going to be a hockey game today. When I got there, he was trying to go after a young girl." She informed them as she came across the rock path. As her heels clicked against the stone, she looks back to see his head. Hitting each one she felt some sympathy but shook her head. 'After what I saw today, I will never forget.' She shook her head.
"What did she have that he wanted?" Lola asked. Juliet closed her eyes she wished she had known his motives. The only thing she had was the letter she received; it was quickly written. She could barely read it. But she never once thought of why she would have been warned. Even with everything she has received over the years it made her wonder.
Juliet lets out a sigh. "Once I confront him about it you all will know." They grew silent as they approached the mountain. They see huge old-fashioned doors with two lion doorknobs and in front of the door were two people blocking it. As they approached, they bowed before them. "Grace, Jay. Please rise." Juliet said as they came in front of them. Grace has pixie hair with a butterfly clip, green eyes, and pale skin. They both rose once more looking at her.
"Hello Juliet" Grace said to her "I see you captured Ezekiel. I don't see how you managed that." Juliet shrugs at her. After she met the girl for a moment, she could still see her face. How innocent she was. Her blue eyes staring at her concerned. Her brown hair covering her eyes that she brushed out of the way. How her pale skin clenched onto her book when she went down. The way she positioned herself while drawing. It made her look as if she didn't belong. Juliet was also curious why she was by herself while her family was in the front. She had many questions she wanted to ask. It would have to wait until she would come to Paradise.
Jay nods in agreement. He had short black hair, Japanese orientated features, and brown eyes. He was always the quiet one, but he always managed to keep everything under control. Juliet offers a small smile to them. "He made it very easy for me" Juliet tells them "he was in public when going after a young girl." Juliet shifts her foot to the other eyeing them. Jay stays at her cautiously. He was one of the many people that had once followed Ezekiel. Once loyal to the one man that wanted to change the world for better. We still have no idea if he was lying or telling the truth. It was questionable at this point. Jay wasn't a man for many words in the past two thousand centuries. After Ezekiel's betrayal he became quiet and watched over Melody and Lola. Promising to watch over them if anything were to happen to Ezekiel. He's stuck by his word since the day Melody was born.
"What?!" Grace eyes widen. "Do you know why?" She asked concerned. Grace was another story. She was turned in the late 18 hundreds still to this day never knew who. Her maker vanished without a trace. There are other vampires like Grace that never knows of their maker. For others it was either one of two people. Mina and Skai went on a killing rampage centuries ago. Their hatred for not feeding from the main source shook them to the core. It drove them crazy and they turned many humans making a little vampire army. To this day Juliet and Lola will never understand how they manage to come back to their humanity. Something or someone changed their look on everything.
Juliet shook her head. "No but we will find out, will you please open the doors?" Juliet asked them. She stared at the door before her. Admiring its beauty, it took them day and night to create this monstrosity. Everyone chipped in to make this happen. It had to be lugged by many vampires. Carrying it through the snow was the challenging part. Grace was the one who created the bombs to make the dudgeon. In her past life she was creating bombs during the civil war. She was popular but the men never knew it came from a woman.
"Of course, Jay some help please." Grace said as she and Jay step off to the sides both grab a wheel with a handle on it. They began to turn in sync with each other. The barrier around the door began to drop it was an electric blue shield that began to fall like a blanket. It fell with such grace that it always manages to take peoples breaths away. For a dungeon it was magnificent. Once the shield is down. They both walked over to grab the handles that laid in the lion's mouth and pulled the doors open. It was dark and spooky, but it never scared them at all. As they stayed opened Jay snapped his fingers and lanterns on the walls light up. Throughout the way down the long-stretched hallway. "There you go" Grace smiles "if you need anything give us a call."
"Thank you." Juliet nods as they proceeded down the long hallway. The doors slammed shut behind them. Juliet loathed walking down these halls. Once these retried criminals she had once called friends. After how they used her to gain intel. She learned to never trust those from the past. After betrayal she had a hard time trusting those close to her. She went into therapy which helped her open. Only to an extent. Once they reached only a few feet inside and all they heard were moans and groans. The four women walk down the hall with their heads held high and Ezekiel dragging right behind them. That's when the ranting began from the cellmates.
"LET US OUT!" One of the cell prisoners screamed to them. They didn't turn their heads stalking forward. Their eyes never wavering from the amounts of begs and pleas to being set free. Their was one that made their jaws clench.
Another shouts. "WE HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!!" Lola turns her head to see a red-haired man with green eyes that turned red. "Let me out of here." He hissed. Juliet stopped in her tracks she glanced over to the jail. She read the number forty-five. Her jaw clenched as she watched Lola flashed in front of the door. Her aura changing around her. Once peaceful now filled with rage as she pounded on the door. The man froze from her sudden reaction. Lola is never once to mess with.
"Don't make me laugh" Lola laughs "after what you did to your sister and brother you deserve to lock away. I'm surprised you have yet to kill." She growls to him as her eyes turned red and he backed away. Juliet shook her head as she continue to walk down the long hall. Skai and Melody followed behind her as Lola went on her rant. "Thought so..." she mumbles to herself as she caught up to everyone else. All the voices continued until they reached a black door with symbol's carved into it. It was to keep the damned supernatural creatures inside that have caused wrong. Ezekiel happen to be one of the many, but this cell made especially for him. Melody goes forward and pries the door open. It scraps on the rock floor below them it made sparks flew as the door came open. They never once flinched from the sudden sounds it made.
"Alright let's get this done." Juliet said as she walks in taking lead as everyone else follows behind her. Melody closed the door behind them making it gloomy. Juliet watched as Ezekiel's head hit each step on the way down. She would say it brought her joy seeing the pain. However, she felt horrible for what he was enduring. With each passing century those letters would haunt her.
***
Hours later Ezekiel wakes up in the empty room with binding handcuffs. Around his wrists that were attach above his head. His feet strap down yet with another binding spell with strong metal bars. He groaned from the pain he felt everywhere on his body. "What the hell...where am I?" He whispers to himself. Juliet stood in the back of the room staring at him. When she saw the pure shock on his face, she knew right away it was him. The Ezekiel she knew. His head moving around the room attempting to take in his surroundings. She wasn't sure how long they had before the horrible creature that possessed him. Would return, which could happen at any moment. Her eyes blinked away tears as she took him in. It took every ounce in her body to not run over to him. To let him know he's not alone. She couldn't do that without evidence proving what took over him. She had to play her cards correctly. For now, she needed to pretend she didn't know what was going on.
"That's something you shouldn't be asking." Juliet's voice bounced off the walls that made him shiver. She bit her lip as she shook it off. Skai eyed her. She shook her head as she went on. "What you should be asking 'what are you going to do with me'" she comes into his view and crossed her arms. Ezekiel doesn't say a word he looks away from her to the floor below him. "Alright have it your way." She disappears then returns with a box and set's it on a wooden table beside him "makes everything easy for me." She takes a knife and dips it into jar. When covered in the special liquid she rose and without a word she sliced at his chest. He arched in pain as his flesh began to smoke. He huffed as he took deep breaths. 'My suspicions were wrong?' She thought to herself as she watched how it affect him. "What not going to say anything?" She grabs his chin and forced him to look at her. Juliet's eyes turned red with specks of white dots and he flinched. When her eyes speckle white it made her enemies trembled before her. "Ah so we are getting somewhere" she smirks as she turns her head. "Aya shay turid an taquluh (anything you want to say)?" Juliet knew that Melody had the urge to torture the person. She had once called father. Even though it was him she couldn't think of him as anything else. Besides a monster that was all she saw.
Juliet looks over her shoulder. Melody stood at the corner far away from Ezekiel. She was wedging herself into the corner as much as her small body would allow. Her eyes met mine full of disgust and horror. She hate being in the same room as him. It made her quiver in fear. The ring she wore on her finger wasn't helping. It help keep control over her body. If she didn't wear her ring, she would slowly lose control. Being in the room with her sparked her emotions like sparklers. Which could turn into fireworks in seconds. "Nem fielaan (yes)." Melody replies as she approached Juliet's side. Her eyes glued to him. She turns her head. "Why" she began "why did you do that to me?" She asked blood tears forming in her eyes. The hatred she had for Ezekiel erupted around the room. The pure rage that radiated from her had everyone eyeing her. Melody was a bomb that could go off at any minute. Lola was close enough to grab her in case.
Ezekiel looks at her confused then looks to Juliet that told him with her mind. 'Don't say anything...let her talk.' Without replying he looks back to Melody. 'The look in his eyes…was that sadness?' Juliet thought as she eyed him. Ezekiel had once been known for taking in his surroundings. The way he stares at Melody was a blank expression with a hint of longing. He missed his family that he once had in his grasp. It hurt Juliet she knew what it was like to have something. Then be taken from you quickly.
"Why did you rape me?!" She screams at him as she takes scissors and stabs them into his thigh. Ezekiel shouts in pure agony as he skins smoked and began to peel off. "You deserve everything that is coming to you!" She takes it out then re-stabs him in his chest. Ezekiel cries Juliet saw slight signs of blood coming from one eye. No one else seem to know. Juliet always paid close attention to the small details. One of the many reasons of where she stands in Paradise.
Lola comes forward and yanks her away. "Enough" she pushed her away "if you keep doing that it will kill him. We need him alive Melody." Melody's blood shot eyes glare at her mother. Her fury radiating from her. Lola eyed her cautiously. She wanted to rest her arm on her shoulder. During this time Lola knew better than to touch her. The one person that could get through to her would be her mate.
"What if I don't want that monster alive?!" Melody screams as Juliet yanks out the weapon. From Ezekiel's chest standing between Melody and him. "He had murdered thousands of people not to mention what he has done to us." She began to sob "he took everything away from us mom...now he's going after a young girl. Are we going to allow him to kill more innocent?" Melody collected herself together. Taking in sharp breaths.
"Mel think of your family" Lola began as she eyed Melody. Melody stares at her mother, she nods at Lola. As she continued her breathing. Lola lets out a sigh. "No, I don't want him alive. Tioannda wants him alive in questioning him. We must listen to her." Melody sighed heavy at Lola's response. Melody closed her eyes thinking of her family. Once she had control over herself, she reopened her eyes.
"..." Melody does not say a word as she glares at Ezekiel and storms off. Juliet watched her head up the stairs. Hearing her heels slam against the metal the rang in her ears. Juliet took in a deep breath relaxing her muscles. She didn't realize the affect Melody had on her. It wasn't easy when Melody got upset.
"I'm sorry Juliet" Lola turns to her "she only gets this way when he's involved." Juliet looks to Lola she stares at her with sympathy. One of the many things that Juliet connected with her on. Both being mother's of unstable teens they grew close over the past century. Giving each other pointers to help the other.
Juliet smiles at her. "Its fine go comfort her Skai and I can manage this." Lola nods as she vanished after her daughter. Juliet's smile fades once she glances back to Ezekiel. 'Is this what this has come to? Torture. One of the things I hate.' Juliet shakes her head as her thoughts stormed her head. The one person that loved to torture was Skai. She was great at two things. Being the doctor and in the past, she had a tenancy of torturing her prisoners. Skai sometimes uses her torture methods to gather intel. One of the many reasons Juliet had summoned Skai.
"Actually, I only have time for a few things then I have to go" Skai told her. Juliet glanced her way seeing her standing out of the spotlight. Her feet shifting quickly, she was never the one to act human. It never matched her personality once she turned. It was as if becoming a vampire brought out her true instincts. The ones she hid as a human. Her black hair up in a French braid. Her brown eyes scanning Ezekiel like a new toy. It brought pleasure into her eyes. She wore her doctor's jacket with a black puffy dress underneath. Her style always gothic either wearing something dark to match how she felt.
Juliet nods. "That's fine" she steps back "do what you want. However, leave him alive." Juliet gave her a warning as she knew that she always goes for the kill. She always discussed how she wanted to rip him apart. Watching as the life drains from his eyes. It was always something that Skai imagined. Ezekiel dying before her own two hands. Avenging deaths of many people he killed without a single thought. Juliet used to think the same way until she received letters that changed her thoughts. She once hunted him down always one step behind him. The one thing that made her stop her hunt was the letter hidden under a rock. She could smell his scent following it. Juliet was surprised to find a letter with her name on it. After reading through it she stopped her hunt altogether.
"Fine." Skai rolls her eyes. Juliet shook her head from the past imagine that ran through her thoughts. It flashed off in a hurry as she looks to Skai. She walks over to the box and examines. The contents before her. Skai always picked the one object that would cause the most pain. Without killing her enemies for intel. She picks up a needle with yellow cloud liquid stuff inside. "Torturing was always my favorite in the past." She tells before she jabs it into his neck and his body began to tremble. Juliet watched his body have a seizure. His body no longer in control. Ezekiel's eyes rolling behind his head and foaming at the mouth. "Grand mal seizure…" Skai mutter under her breath. "It shall suffice for now. But I was hoping for something a little more." Skai nods. After five minutes there was more of an affect from the injection.
Juliet watched as the liquid ran through his body. It made him suffer through a trauma of hallucinations, his head shaking. "DON'T COME NEAR ME!" Ezekiel screamed as he jolts from one side to the other. "I DIDN'T DO IT!!" He bellows as his body rose. He choked on his own blood that gurgled in his throat. His wrists and ankles bleed that covered the floor. Ezekiel struggled from the shackles he was bounded to. "I forgot to mention no struggling" she tells "if you do, they get tighter." The metal squeezed tighter that he lost more blood. Juliet eyes the floor there was a pool that was reaching the drain. That laid two inches away from her left foot. When she inhaled it reeked of sulfur and burned her nostrils. She stopped breathing to avoid the retched smell.
"Man thought he would have passed out by now" Skai whispered as she puts the needle down and looks at some other tools. She picks up pliers and forced his mouth open. "Alright Juliet this will be the last thing, I have to do a checkup soon." Her dark eyes stare into his eyes. She could see the fear and worry but she didn't care. "Ezekiel, I hope you will rot in hell for what you did to everyone including my life." Her hand tightens on his chin. Without another word she puts the pliers into his mouth. Grabs a tooth and yanks hard that blood gushes from his mouth. Ezekiel winces from the pain and yelps. Skai drops the pliers and tooth into a pan then stands up heading towards Juliet. "That was fun" she whispers, "can I do it from now on?" Juliet crossed her arms as she eyed her. Skai's eyes were blood red. Her smile was the creepy smile she gave when she lust. For blood shed. Juliet studies her with care.
'I will need to watch over her.' Juliet thought to herself. 'If I don't who knows what she will do. If she had it, her way. She would torture him until his last breath. I will need to set up camera's before she begins.' Juliet smirks. "Sure" she nods "you better go before. She may rip you a new one. If your late again." Juliet shakes her head as she felt her blood thirst. It burned her throat from the cooper taste that lingered on her tongue.
"I know" Skai smiles then looks over to Ezekiel. He was breathing heavy only looking at the ground mumbling to himself. "Make sure to keep an eye on him." Skai eyes him with pure hatred. Juliet lets out a heavy sigh as she knew that no one would get along with him. After his history it would be complicated.
"I will" Juliet replies to her "he's going nowhere for a long time." Before Juliet would begin to lecture him, she waited for Skai. To walk up the staircase. Her flat shoes never once making a noise. She was known to be stealthy one of the best vampires at sneaking. Skai nods as she walks away. Juliet waits to hear the door close. Juliet took this time to grab the box she hid under the box with the tools. She takes the camera equipment and walks over to the one corner in the room. The only person she spoke to was Kohana she is one person that knows a lot. About technology which surprised her from the era she came from. She had explained to Juliet how to hook it up. Following the instructions, she gave her minutes before she went after Ezekiel. Juliet hangs the camera in the darkest part of the corner. Drilling holes with a power drill that failed her. Juliet rolled her eyes as she takes her fingers then jab into the concrete. She didn't flinch as she slide the wires through watching as it snaked its way around. Finding the correct paths to take in a matter of seconds the camera turns red that began its recording. Juliet pushed her necklace. 'Kohana are you seeing me?' She asked as she stares into the camera.
Kohana was silent for a couple of minutes before she responds. 'Yes, I can.' She tells me as I see her slide through her tablet hooking it to Juliet's main computer.
'Remember Kohana no one can know about this.' Juliet tells her. She then remembers their spouses. 'Okay besides Jay and Kenji. Other than them this has to be kept hush.' Juliet sighs as she climbs down from the position she held. She felt like a spider monkey clinging onto the wall.
'We won't tell a soul' Kohana bows before asking Juliet a question. 'If I may be so bold Juliet. Why do you wish to have a camera? Besides to watch over Ezekiel.' She rest back into her comfy Victorian chair. Kohana could never get over the classics. Her whole room covered head to toe in old Victorian furniture which last longer than the ones of today.
'As you already aware of Skai's tactic's.' Juliet began only to hear Kohana groan in protest. 'I have to watch over her. In case she attempts to kill him. Tioannda wants him alive to retrieve intel after he reveals secrets of why he went after the human girl. Then his life will be over.' Juliet explained to her.
'Roger. Okay I must go. If you have any trouble with the video don't hesitate to contact me. Bye' Kohana tells me after Juliet said her goodbye, she turns around to look back at Ezekiel who was huffing. There was sweat dripping from every pour in his body vampires never sweat. Which got Juliet to move closer twisting her head as she took him in. Ezekiel began to breath like a human her eyes scanning him. His eyes caught her attention he stares at her pleading. Juliet never once saw plea in his eyes Ezekiel had been a man to help. She knew something was wrong after his eyes turned black and the aura around him changed. It became dark and demented that sent shivers down Juliet's spine. She shrugged it off before drilling into him.
Juliet head turns. "Now tell me why you were going after that girl?" She walks back over to him at first keeping her distance. Her guard on high alert since she had no idea what he could do. In this state.
Ezekiel laughs at her. He picks up his head with a wild look in his eye. "Why would I tell you?" Juliet gulps recognizing the tone in his voice. In the letters she was given a name that she has been tracking for centuries.
"Dimitri" Juliet glares at him. "Quid tibi cum puella (what do you want with the girl)?" She asked him in Latin. Juliet clung onto her arms as she rest them across her chest. Her eyes grew thin her right-hand scratching at her skin she never once. Realizing the terror that she felt but not going to admit.
Dimitri stares at her with blood shot eyes trying to impersonate Ezekiel. "Nemo doluistis that's (that's none of your concern)." He replies to her with a smirk on his face. Juliet's patients was growing thin and she had to figure a way. To make him squirm.
"Id est de humano, cum habeat in se (it is my concern when involving a human)!" Juliet hisses at him. Dimitri laughs at her as he was enjoying seeing her pissed off it made his days' worth while. Juliet began chewing on her nails and she paces around the room thinking of a way to get him to talk. She would glance over to Dimitri and hold onto her nail. With her teeth. She bite into her skin which drew blood that drip down her lip then she licks her lip. She takes her hand away from her mouth. Rubbing her hands together. She stops in the middle of the room taping her foot then a spark lights in her eyes. "Fine if you are not going to talk to me right now, I will get it out of you within time. For right now you will stay locked away for all eternity until you tell me why you were after that girl. She does have potential within the supernatural world, but she is not there yet. The young lady will get there on her time when her powers rise up." Juliet grabs the tools and turns away from him. She leaves the room with the tools. Allowing it to scrap against the rock underneath. When she exists with the tools, she scraps the door against the floor, and locks the door behind her. Juliet locked the door only to hear his rage.
"You will rue the day you locked me away!" Dimitri shouts after her.
Juliet shakes her head. "You rue the day that you came into this world." She whispers as she walks down the hallway. The one thing she never wanted to see was Ezekiel locked away. Juliet felt bad for the plea she once saw in his eyes. That gave her small hope that the Ezekiel she once knew would return in time. 'Ezekiel will come back to us. When it could happen that's uncertain.' She thought as she approached the large doors. They opened after she pull string. She turns her head taking in her surroundings before she left the dudgeon for the day.
