Mc Pov:
After being so rudely dismissed by that old fuck I decided to go back home for the day.
As I reach my house and go in I see that no one is home.
this gives me time to time to plan out what to do in this world.
You can enter ninja academy at age five or six and most people go in at eight or ten and it ends at twelveish.
Meaning I have at least two or three years before I decide when I want to go to the academy.
which also means I have plenty of time to train.
Speaking of training let's see what that old man prescribed.
100 sit-ups.
100 push-ups.
These seem kinda familiar, but these are pretty common workouts
100 squats.
a ten-kilometer run.
did this shameless old man copy Saitama's training?
How lazy, how unoriginal do you have to b-
One Punch Man doesn't even exist in this world what am I thinking?
He must have thought of this by himself maybe he's not an idiot?
But I doubt It has the same effect as the training in the anime.
I'm feeling tired after using all that energy thinking, let's take a nap.
I wake up and it's already morning.
since the old man wanted me to wake up early in the morning for training I should get used to it, and just start my training now
I go down my stairs quietly since it seems like my parents returned home last night.
I go out my door and feel the summer morning air.
I lock my door and decide to go to a training field.
when I arrive nobody is there training, so I start mine.
"Let's do the Harder Training first so I can get to do the easiest training last"
I put my arms on the ground and get in the pushup position.
I look down on my thin noodly arms that have never done physical exercise and pray that it isn't that bad.
I go down with my first pushup and feel pretty good since it was done with little difficulty, I might even say this is going to be easy.
*50 pushups Later*
It feels like My upper bodies going to break my arms are weak, and shaking and I'm out of breath.
'I think doing half the workouts is okay for the first day I don't want to break my body do I?"
I give myself a 30-minute break and move on to the next workout, a 10-kilometer run
Let's cut the training in half, so I can actually complete it.
I start jogging lightly and by the first kilometer I'm already panting and out of breath
I take a five-minute break and keep going.
at the second kilometer, I do the same thing.
"I'm exhausted but I can continue"
By the fourth kilometer, my previous confidence is gone I'm past exhausted and on the verge of passing out.
This time I take a 20-minute break, I finish the last kilometer and take an hour break
then I moved on to the situps,
I didn't have any problems with the 50 situps but near the end, I became quite fatigued.
Finishing the workout with 50 squats which were as easy as the situps.
At this point, it's already Noon and I go home.
Greeting my parents I then take a shower and go to sleep.
