His jaw dropped watching his girlfriend get in the taxi without giving him a second glance. He looked at Susan who was biting her lower lip, trying her best not to show her pity on him but failed.
"Uhm," he cleared his throat. "Where should I drive you to?"
"Oh, no…no," she fanned her hand in front of her face. Even when they were in high school, Tiffany had always treated Andrei how she treated him a while ago. It was just a bit uncomfortable now because they weren't teenagers anymore, and yet, Andrei was still treated like a piece of gum, sticking under the sole of her heels.
Andrei is a handsome man from a good family. He's decent, not like that trash Reagan. His only flaw is that he is such a doormat. And it doesn't look good on him.
