"Lilly!"
She looked back to see her godfather running after her. He wasn't wearing any shirt. He hurriedly came out of the room that he couldn't put on his shirt.
"Lilly, wait for me!"
Instead of listening, she ran faster. As quickly as her short legs could take. When she turned around the hallway, her godfather stopped chasing her. However, she didn't stop running because she heard her mother's voice.
Her heart pounded wildly in her chest as she twisted her bedroom's door knob. Her hands were shaking badly as she locked her door before she dove into her bed, hiding under her favorite blanket.
"Stop calling me. Stop calling me," she kept on mumbling to herself.
