"I don't want to see your face in my place again."
The man did not tell him to stand up but when he heard that he could no longer return to the gambling den, he straightened his back and looked at him with incredulity, totally forgetting his own life. He could not take the idea of not sitting on the gambling table again. After his business almost went bankrupt because of his gambling addiction, selling some of his shares in the business.
"What do you mean?"
The other man turned his chair to face him and he arched his eyebrows with his audacity to disregard his orders.
He stared at Robert and the thought of the reason why he let him play in his den even though he had no money was because he likes his wife and daughter. He was thinking of having them as his beautiful companion but the bastard Robert had no qualms about letting her daughter be played at by some bastard's son just because he own the Governor some money on the gambling table.
