"Lilly," she wailed, throwing herself in Lilly's arms.
"Ugh," she caught Tiffany and gasped for air with the way she went into her arms like a log. "Tell me what happened?" She said, rubbing her back. But Tiffany just sobbed in her arms like a child.
Tiffany came into the house so early in the morning and Pete had to wake her up because the new house cleaner that Matthew hired was too shy to knock on her door, not to mention, she was surprised to see Tiffany's tears-stricken face.
Since Tiffany arrived, she didn't utter any words other than her name and did a lot of crying.
"Hush, hush, whatever it is, it's going to be okay," she whispered on Tiffany's hair as she continued rubbing her back in slow circles, hoping it would make her feel a little better.
Tiffany pushed herself away from her chest and wiped her wet cheeks with the back of her hand.
