Irina's perspective:
I panted heavily and lay on Ravi's chest. My soft breasts were pressed against his firm abdomen. Ravi took the coat on the passenger seat and put it on my back. He lay on the seat with one hand behind his head and the other gently stroked my head.
"Your heart is racing." I had one ear pressed to his chest.
"My heart races every time I see you." He ran his fingers through my hair.
"Since when?"
"Since the first time I saw you."
"Is it in that basement?"
"Yes. I was going to let Ivan kill you, but when I passed that basement, I saw you unconscious on the floor, like a sleeping beauty. You were beautiful."
"Then you sat in the corner and waited for me to wake up?"
"No."
"What did you do?"
"I kissed you on the forehead."
I looked up at Ravi's face. He didn't look like he was joking.
