While Rafael was out to the Nighter's pack the only thing she prayed about was for a battle to take place. If not for the fact that she had to hide her identity she would have joined them in battle, and her first target would be Anna.
But since she wouldn't be able to go, she could only hope that Rafael would not let them go.
She hoped her plans pulls through because she had risked too much for the plan to fail. As for being scared of getting found out, she had no such thing in mind.
That was because Alpha Rafael and Alex do not know themselves. They are strangers to each other. What Rafael was concerned about was finding the dagger which belonged to Alex. And since they had no idea that she took his dagger, no one will be able to trace the missing dagger back to her.
