Chapter 1 - Trouble

"Yes! Haha ... Tomorrow? Of course!"

"Relax, no one will be suspicious."

Ghea's breath hunted down, her ears ached. Every day she hears her mother talking to someone on the phone.

Ghea knew that her mother was having an affair, but she couldn't do anything about it, often Ghea warned her mother but her mother still repeated the same mistake.

Every day Ghea cried in fear. What if her father heard her mother talking to the man? Ghea was afraid to accept the worst reality they would choose.

"I miss you too, tomorrow we meet in an ordinary place."

Enough! Ghea couldn't take it anymore. She slammed all the items that were nearby to create a jarring sound.

"Ghea? What are you doing?" Aliyah, the mother banged on the door.

Ghea came out with swollen eyes. "Enough, Mom. Ghea is tired! You used to tell me, if you want to stop having an affair with that person! But what?!"

Aliyah was silent.

Seeing the silence of the mother made Ghea smile sadly. She felt that her mother preferred the man to herself, her sister, and her father.

"If you don't love me, dad and Rena... You better get divorced with dad!"

Aliyah slapped Ghea on the cheek. "Don't talk like that, Ghea, I love you. Please understand my position."

"What is Ma'am? I have to understand mom's position? Instead, you're the one who should understand my position! You want to destroy our family! Our family is intact but Mom deliberately made way to destroy our family!"

Aliyah shook her head slowly. "It's not like that."

"Now, I'm asking you to choose me or that guy?!" said Ghea annoyedly.

Aliyah was silent again, she couldn't choose.

Ghea understood from the mother's gaze. I don't want to keep arguing to get Ghea out of the house. It doesn't matter if it's night.

Ghea walked with sobs. Not knowing what made Ghea decide to go to a place she had never been. Night Club.

"Do you want to order something?" asked a man who was a bartender.

"Wine," Ghea replied with a flat face.

The bartender gives Ghea wine and without further ado Ghea grabs a small glass and swallows it with one gully.

The second, third and fourth glasses. Ghea had started to feel dizzy but she did not want to stop drinking drinks that could make her feel relieved, a drink that made her forget about the incident.

"It's you, Ghea?"

Ghea looked up softly to see who was calling her, but what she saw was just blurred with an increasingly dizzy head.

"I don't think you would dare come to a place like this."

"Shut up!" said Ghea.

"You've just been prettier since the last day we met," said the man with his faithful hands stroking Ghea's hair.

Ghea didn't answer, all the objects she saw seemed to be spinning, so she simply closed her eyes while resting on the table.

The man looked at Ghea intensely. His blood rippled to see the girl who was in his past look helpless.

"Sorry," he whispered then took Ghea to one of the rooms.

The next morning, Ghea squirmed and yawned. He feels better than last night.

But wait, Ghea only realized that this place is not her room. Then where's this?

Ghea tries to remember what really happened until a man gets out of the bathroom and approaches her.

"Yudha?!" cried Ghea in surprise.

"Are you awake?"

'What really happened? Why is that guy here? Damn why should I see him again?!'

"Ghea? Did you hear me?"

"Why are you here?" asked Ghea and looked at the hatred.

"Have you forgotten what happened last night?"

Ghea was confused. Is that what happened?

Yudha smiled obliquely. "One night stand."

Ghea's eyes were wide-eyed at Yudha's words. As if struck by lightning Ghea was instantly transfixed with a look of disbelief.

"You look surprised."

"Are you lying, Yud?"

Yudha shook his head.

With trembling hands and chest pounding Ghea raised the blanket that covered her body.

Ghea seemed unable to breathe looking at her body which was not covered by the clothes she was wearing last night.

Why?" asked Ghea.

"There's no definite reason, I just want to try it with you," Yudha replied casually.

"Hiks... Evil you Yud! What's my fault?"

Yudha sits next to Ghea and caresses the hair of the girl who is no longer a virgin but is immediately pushed aside by Ghea.

"There's nothing wrong ghe, just think of this as our greeting after a long time we didn't meet."

"You crazy, Yud!" said Ghea with an expression of disbelief as Yudha dared to speak it after destroying it.

"Seeing from your reaction seems like it's the first time, right? I understand you're in shock but calm down slowly I'll get you used to it."

"Yudha, do you realize what you're doing? How much do you hate me until you can do all this?!"

"No, I don't hate you regardless of what you've done in the past, but I'm a grown man who won't refuse if a woman needs help."

"I never needed you! Even once, never!" with tears streaming profusely Ghea stared at Yudha angrily.

"You don't need it, but your body needs it. Ah, of course you forgot what happened last night."

"Yudha! I hate you!"

Yudha sighed. "You hated me in the past, so I'm not too surprised by what you say." Yudha looked at Ghea who still looked shocked. "Take it easy Ghe, I'll take responsibility if anything happens to you."

"Why are you evil, Yud! I know you're married! But you're doing this?!"

Ghea hit Yudha with emotion. "You ruined my life! It's enough that my mother became a mistress, I don't want to be like that!"

Yudha was silent letting Ghea continue to hit him.

"I hate you Yudha! I really hate you! You know I'm getting married to Leo soon! He's your best friend!"

Yudha realized his mistake right then and there. He freezes because he remembers that Ghea does belong to Leo, but Yudha tries to grab Ghea but it's all in vain.

"Why are you silent? Yud replied!"

"I'm ... Sorry." Yudha lowered her head, her arrogant smile and calm face turned into tears.

Ghea laughed. "What? Sorry? You think, sorry to get everything back to where it was? My sanctity? My heartache? Not Yudha! Things won't come back to what they are today!"

Ghea pushed Yudha until the man took a few steps back.

Ghea grabbed her lying clothes and put them on. He came out of the room without a word, even to glance at Ghea unwillingly.

Yudha stared at the door that was now carrying Ghea's body. The ringing of the phone made Yudha flinch.

"Daddy! Farel miss you, Dad, when are you going home?"

Yudha took her phone. He hurt the hearts of many people. "Farel, today Daddy came home, do you want Dad to bring something for you?"

"Farel just wants Daddy to go home quickly, and have fun with me and Mom."

"I'll be home soon." Yudha rubbed the corner of her watery eyes. "Sorry."
