The spike began to spark, Vicashi just stood there not saying a word. Within give seconds Zonic began to levitate upwards slowly.
Vicashi turned around to look at the floating man.
"Do you possibly think you can defeat me".
"I don't intend to do it alone", immediately he finished that sentence, Exavier bolted forward crashing onto Vicashi and hitting several trees along the way.
Vicashi was shocked, the young boy is conscious again.
"Am not just a kid you know", he smirked.
Vicashi stood up and stared at his two opponents before saying, "Let the battle begin".
Vicashi charged at the two men with full force, he landed to uppercuts straight at Zonic's jaw. Exavier punched Vicashi several times but each attack was easily blocked and also countered.
Zonic got really furious and ran towards the villian, Vicashi stepped backwards charging a lot of his dark energy into a big rotating energy ball.
He threw the ball towards Zonic, Zonic saw the incoming energy ball. To dodge it he threw his spike at different directions surrounding Vicashi.
Zonic teleported in a split second, the spikes placed in different areas started sparking with lightning energy.
The spikes were placed in a zigzag way in which Zonic used as a diversion, he teleported in the same way his spikes was placed, making Vicashi confused.
Before Vicashi could see straight, Zonic teleported behind him and landed a powerful lightening energized attack, sending Vicashi flying upwards.
Exavier leaped up and landed a powerful punch which was unexpectedly filled with fire elemental power .
Vicashi crashed onto the ground forcefully. He tried to stand up but was stopped by Zonic lightening bolt. Zonic stared at him for a while before saying, "Where is Void and Kylie" he grabbed Vicashi's clothing with a firm grip.
"I have no idea who they are"
" Stop acting dumb and answer me", Punching him several times.
Exavier stopped him, he was getting a little bit emotional.
"Stop this man!" he grabbed his arm, " I don't know who void and Kylie is but all I know is you can't get this kind of information from him, I mean look at him, he is smiling" he said pointing at Vicashi.
"Fine", he said standing up
Before they could utter a word, Vicashi vanished instantly making Zonic even more furious.
"See what you've caused kid, you made him getaway".
"It's not my fault"
" There is only one thing you can do to repay me"
"And what's that"
"You have an unusual Valmorian Energy in you, which you can use to help me get my comrades back".
"First of all, I don't know what a Valmorian is, and secondly I think I can help you"
"Thanks kid"
"But what about my kingdom, and the war"
"Leave them alone for a while, the war will not continue for a while now thanks to you, you will find your true identity soon kid"
"True identity", he repeated confused.
"Never mind that, let's just find a way to get out of this planet"
Zonic and Exavier went back to where the pod crashed, but to their surprise, it was gone.
"Where is the pod" asking himself
Exavier looked at him for a while before saying, "When you mentioned pod I realized it was that small rock construction, sorry to say but it has been taken into the palace for further studies".
"Are you kidding me, what do you mean by that".
"Sorry man that's all I have to say".
"That's the only way we can find my friends".
"I didn't want to say anything since you mentioned space travel, but now I have to talk, how can I leave this planet"
"Hold on a sec kid, you trying to bail on me".
" That's not what I meant, but I have to stay here for the sake of my kingdom, the problem I have now is this sudden change in my body that allows me to use some unbelievable powers, I just have to find out what it is".
"If you really want to find out, you have to help me get that pod".
"Why do you need that pod anyway"
*Sigh*, "I need it to get out of this planet, there is no technology here, the only tech is that pod, and that's our ticket to getting out of here".
"Ok then, I will help you"
"Thanks kid"
"Fortunately for us, I know where the pod or whatever you called it is being stored"
"Nice work kid"
"But there's a catch"
*Sighs* , "And what's that"
"The security is really tight"
"There is no problem when it comes to security, leave that to me".
They both walked towards the castle gates. Before they reached their destination, Zonic noticed six guards at the top of the palace in a tower, and also five at the front of the gate.
"Now I understand what you mean by tight security" pointing towards the guards.
Zonic grabbed Exavier by his arm and held it firmly. He threw is spike to a long distance into the palace, he wasn't sure if it was a perfect spot or not, but he wanted to try his luck.
They both teleported to the spot instantly, unfortunately for them they landed in front of the palace guards.
The guards surrounded them both pointing their weapons at them.
"What a sec, isn't this Exavier", one of the guards uttered.
"Yes, I think it is", the other guard said nodding his head.
The guards asked Exavier who Zonic was instantly, this question shocked Exavier to the extent that he couldn't say a word.
Zonic had to speak for him, he said
"I am a Village Chief's messenger, the chief sent the king an important message that I have to deliver quickly, Exavier was helping me".
"Okay, no problem the, you two can go" pointing towards the entrance into the palace.
Exavier and Zonic both Sighed in relief and left.
"The storage room isn't far from here", walking a little bit faster.
"Hey wait up" running towards him
They both reached the storage room and went in. The room was dark cus the candle sticks were off, there was only one of the candle sticks which flames was still burning.
Exavier picked the candle sticks and lighted up the rest to brighten up the room.
Before they could start their search, Zonic heard the voice of a guard talking to someone.
The Guard informed the man that there is an intruder In the palace. "The chief didn't send any messenger to the palace, but we saw someone claiming to have a message for the king".
"This isn't good, where is Exavier, you said he was with the strange man"
"Yes he was, but we haven't seen him since our last encounter"
"This is bad, the man could have done something bad to Exavier".
Exavier heard the voice of the man and quickly realized it was commander Attrius. This got him terrified, his heart started to beat really fast due to his fear.
Zonic immediately started his search, he had no time to loose, Exavier noticed this and decided to help.
They both searched the storage room over and over again but couldn't find it.
"Where is this damn pod" Smacking the box beside him
"Calm down, something really strange like that pod will be kept in a secret passage in this room, I remembered Attrius mentioning that to a warrior while I was in the Helic".
" If that's true we have to look for a secret passage way".
The two men Continued their search but the results were the same. Zonic sat on a box thinking of a new way to help his friends, he had given up.
Exavier walked towards him and yelled, " Act like a man, if u really want to help your friends, you must never give up, even if your task feels impossible"
A guard heard a voice coming from the storage room and decided to check it out.
"Okay fine, but i can't help them until I find that damn pod" he uttered angrily hitting his palm on the wall.
Immediately his palm touched a particular area on the wall it opened an entrance to a tunnel.
Exavier and Zonic looked at each other and smiled, they both walked in and the wall closed up.
Immediately that happened, the guard walked in and checked the room out for a while before walking away.
* Planet Hergilion *
"Well well well, looks like you are awake".
"What do you want now"
" Your friend just found a new friend, and looks like he is also a Valmorian inhabitant"
"What!"
"So you are shocked, you should be, they will both be captured really soon"
"You will never capture them"
"And why is that"
"They have the will of fire in them, they will overcome any obstacle you throw at them, and save me and my comrades. And after that, we will come after you"
*Laughs*, "We will just have to find out, wouldn't we". Walking away.
* Back on Earth *
"What is this place" Exavier asked
"What do you mean by that, don't you know where we are?"
"I Know a passage way to an hidden room, but this is a tunnel"
"You are right, it is"
"So that means, we don't know where we are"
"Oh shit!"
They both walked for a while before sitting down on a solid rock to rest.
"Where does this fucking tunnel lead to?". Zonic asked
"Why are you asking me, I don't know"
"Oh shit!"
After getting some rest, they both continued to go into the tunnel even further and deeper.
Fortunately for them they reached their destination, the tunnel lead them to the pod.
"Finally we got it" Zonic ran towards the pod
"Why are you so jumpy"
"This means we have a chance of saving my friends".
" That's good"
"But you will have to help me out here"
"Ok then, how can I help".
