Elizabeth was feeling sleepy and her head sought to transform Jake's shoulder into a pillow as they sat in the waiting area of the local airport. The flight was an hour and a half late, which was disappointing given the rush they had been in when they got to the airport.
After the spirit crushing experience at the police station, they had rushed to the airport wherein Mr. Greenfield's first born son was soon to land. He had boarded a flight which was going to land in the nearby town of Deerbron. Deerbron was a couple of hundred kilometers away from the city, and so required about two hours to get to.
They had encountered traffic along the way given the road was used by haulage trucks that made their way to the boarder. They had to find patience, a commodity that seemed to be lacking.
