"Gosh Cindy, what have you turned my place into?" Jade asked as she looked around her place.
"I would have cleaned up but I didn't know you were coming out today," Cindy pleaded.
The place was a mess, objects weren't in their proper places. The sink was full of dirty dishes and the bedroom was comprised of an unmade bed and dirty laundry infested floor.
"How have you been living? It's as if zoo animals escaped from their cages and…," Jade added as her glance swung around the room and finally landed on a troubled Cindy.
"Hey, sweetheart. It's okay. We need something to do to pass the time anyway. We might as well undo this mess. It's no biggie."
She came to Cindy who was still standing close to the door. Jade took her hand and pulled her to the couch.
"He will come back to you," she said assuring as they settled onto the couch.
Cindy smiled at Jade.
"No, he won't. But it's okay, I'm sure there is another Jake out there."
