The group gave him a warm and welcoming 'Hi Pritchard' urging him to begin. His drinking had become a problem now and he wondered how he was going to learn to cope given he was all on his own.
"I started drinking not too long ago, but it is all I ever do. I've been a drinker for much of my life but never like this. I feel I am out of control and I partly know the reason. I don't have anyone. I feel like no one understands me and I am so disconnected to the world. The only true friend and ally I had was my brother but he is many, many miles away right now. So the drink is the only ever present in my life. It does not judge, and it is a really good listener. I feel really good at the end, then feel really low after. I never used to be a slave, I was the son of a king so I do not want this anymore.
