"Where are you at?" Hazel asked as she saw what she branded as conflict on Ivy's face.
"For the hundredth time I am fine," Ivy said seeming a tad irritated at Hazel's need to make sure she was in control of the situation.
It was her operation from the start, but she had to trust Ivy to do what she had over and over assured her she could do.
"Okay, just checking," Hazel said as with the aid of vivid hand gestures she showed she was withdrawing her inquiry.
She peeked with the corner of her eyes and saw Ivy shaking her head in what looked like a psyching herself up ritual. To Hazel, the action they were set to incite was like a matter of life and death and so she had tried to the best of her educative and persuasive ability to indoctrinate Ivy so they would both ride the same wave.
