"So, what's the plan golden boy?" Nolan was alone with Ramsay after they settled inside their new paradise. They sat across on a long dining table, Ramsay sipped wine from a goblet. Nolan scoffed inwardly at how he was already prepping for kingship. It had been a while, days actually, since he mentioned raiding Zohar's territory but had done nothing about it.
Ramsay dropped his drink and chuckled. "It's something he will never see coming."
"Those creepers that attacked the last time. They're deadly. You just got lucky, otherwise Crescent Valley would've be mine." Ramsay laughed louder this time. A big guffaw that echoed through the space. He knew his cousin wasn't bluffling.
"Ah, where you disappointed?" He sobered and his lips thinned. "Next time, remind me to fall into the fire head first, cousin."
