Meridian opening Realm – 9 Layers. is where one opens the Nine Great Meridians in their body to create a path to the dantian for qi. through using absorbed qi to clean the meridians from the impurities creating a path. Each Great Meridian Grows 100 Minor Meridians

Qi Condensing Realm – 12 Layers + 200 Years Lifespan. in this realm the qi gets absorbed into their body through their meridians entering their dantian and opening it completely. once one has collected enough qi they can break through to the next layer. In this realm one will truly awaken their Spirit Root and its other people can see it. if they focus enough with their spiritual sense. in this realm one develops a spiritual sense through continuous absorption of spiritual energy.

Foundation Establishment Realm – 3 Layers + 300 Years Lifespan. In this realm one can use their collected qi to form a Foundation. The Three layers are all named : Weak Foundation --> Strong Foundation --> Perfect Foundation.

Golden Core Realm – 9 Layers + 500 Years Lifespan. in this level one must compress their entire foundation into a singular Golden Core. and in order to advance a layer one must compress the golden core into a tinier version. the tinier means the stronger the nascent spirit will be.

Nascent Spirit Realm – 9 Layers + 600 Years Lifespan. in this realm the golden core will break open and the nascent spirit will be born. one can freely travel with the nascent spirit while the body will always stay in the same place never moved nor never injured in the soul or body. In this realm one will gain the ability to fly.

Houtian Realm – 3 Layers + 1000 Years Lifespan. in this realm one will transform the Qi Within their body into True qi and are able to form a Protective Shield that can protect them from weaker attacks and sometimes even stronger attacks from opponents depending on their spirit root.

Spirit Blossom Realm – 5 Layers + 1500 Years Lifespan. Not Much is known about this realm except that the nascent spirit will blossom into a higher form.

Xiantian Realm - ? Layers + ??? Years Lifespan. Nothing is known about this realm since no one in the entire northern region has reached this rank.
