"T-ten?" Annah stuttered in intimidation. One was fatal enough to kill one person. But Ricco absorbed ten curses of that caliber?
"Yes."
"He must have lost his mind!" Annah exclaimed rather loudly.
"Yeah. I thought so. That's why I'm telling you, if you can forget the differences between the two of you, you can tend to him." Maine said. " Ricco helped the hybrids without Celeste's knowledge or her cohorts . I think that is enough to repay him."
Annah bit her lower lip, pondering over what Maine said. She took pride of her word of honor. She promised that she won't even think of the prince but today, her principle wavered. She then faced Maine this time with a determined façade.
"Do you know where he is right now?" Annah asked.
"I don't know. Maybe in the infirmary." Maine guessed. "We should check there if Toni and Aloh arrived.
"Yes, let's do that." Annah said.
Few minutes later, Toni and Aloh arrived in the dorm, blanch faces.
