At seven, Annah boarded on the plane with Jason on the wheeled chair. He was surprised to learn that it was her who was going to usher him back home.

"You don't have to do this, Annah," Jason said once they got on the plane.

"Don't gloat about this, Jason. It's not for you. It's your parents who asked for me. You know how I respect them."

"I know." Jason looked down with solemn expression. "This makes me feel like a greater asshole."

"Good. After all you've done, you deserve it." Annah said.

Jason just chuckled seeing another side of Annah. "I regret it so much."

"Serves you right. But you should know this, even if you bleed in front of me, I'm not taking you back." Annah said.

"Agreed." Jason remarked. "Besides, who am I in competition to the pureblood prince?"

"There could be no competition of you've treated me well, Jason. Let's start with that." She snarled.

"Are you always this feisty?" Jason asked in amusement.
