"...Yes, I guess."
As she spoke, Aurora Dupont looked at Danton Piers, who nodded maturely, "Alright, mom, Mila and I will be waiting for you at home."
Aurora patted his head, "Such good kids. Over the next few days, listen well to Butler Uncle. And after school, no wandering around. Danton, you're the older brother, you have to take care of your sister."
Danton Piers nodded, "Okay."
"You can call me anytime. I'll answer. I won't turn my phone off or let it go unanswered, alright?"
Aurora gave a few more admonishments, then stood up, asking the servants to take the children to school.
Watching their small figures walk away, Aurora finally couldn't hold back her tears.
She quickly turned away and covered her face.
Just then, Danton, holding Mila's hand, glanced back and saw his mother's figure from behind.
Mila Dupont asked, "Brother, what are you looking at?"
Danton Piers glanced at her, "Nothing."
"Let's go, let's get in the car or we'll be late."
